Highway Traffic Act (HTA) என்றால் என்ன? (ONTARIO)

1-இது கனடாவின் ஒன்றாரியோ மாகாணத்தில் நடைமுறையில் உள்ள போக்குவரத்து சம்மந்தமான யாப்பு அமைப்பு ஆகும்.

2-இதில் ஒன்றாரியோவில் மாகாண ரீதியாக எல்லா வகையான தெருக்களிலும் ஓடப்படும் எல்லா வகையான வாகனங்களின் பாவனையும் உள்ளடக்கப்படுகின்றது: கார், trucks, motorcycle, off-road vehicles, farm equipment, construction equipment, பேருந்து, motor home vehicles, and non-motorized bikes.

3-வாகனங்களை பதிவு செய்தல்/ சாரதி அனுமதி பத்திரம் வழங்குதல், போக்குவரத்து குற்றச் செயல்களை வகைப்படுத்துதல், நிர்வாக நடைமுறைகள், வாகனங்களை வகைப்படுத்துதல், இதர போக்குவரத்து சம்மந்தமான விடயங்கள் இதில் அடங்குகின்றன.

4-முதன் முதலாக 1923ம் ஆண்டு அறிமுகம் செய்யப்பட்டு அதன் பின்னர் காலத்திற்கு காலம் மாற்றங்கள் பெற்று வருகின்றது.

5-வாகனங்கள் ஓடும்போது செய்யவேண்டிய, செய்யக்கூடாத பல்வேறு விடயங்களை, அறிவுறுத்தல்களை இந்த யாப்பு அமைப்பு வழங்குகின்றது.

6-காவல்துறையினர் உங்களுக்கு ரிக்கட் தரும்போது/குற்றம் சாட்டும்போது இந்த யாப்பு அமைப்பின் அறிவுறுத்தல்களிற்கு இணங்கவே/ வழிகாட்டலின் அடிப்படையிலேயே செயற்படுகின்றார்கள்.

HTAஇல் EQUIPMENT சம்மந்தமான பகுதி 6: சரத்து 61. (1)இல் வாகனத்தின் விளக்குகள் சம்மந்தமாக இவ்வாறு வரைவிலக்கணம் கூறப்படுகின்றது:

Lamps required on all motor vehicles except motorcycles

When on a highway at any time from one-half hour before sunset to one-half hour after sunrise and at any other time when, due to insufficient light or unfavourable atmospheric conditions, persons and vehicles on the highway are not clearly discernible at a distance of 150 metres or less, every motor vehicle other than a motorcycle shall carry three lighted lamps in a conspicuous position, one on each side of the front of the vehicle which shall display a white or amber light only, and one on the rear of the vehicle which shall display a red light only. R.S.O. 1990, c. H.8, s. 62 (1).
