திருக்கோவில் காஞ்சூரன்குடா படுகொலை நினைவாலயம் 2002/10/09 அம்பாறை மாவட்டம் திருக்கோவில் கோட்டத்திலுள்ள காஞ்சூரன்குடா பகுதியில் நடைபெற்ற எதிர்ப்பு ஆர்ப்பாட்டத்தின் போது அதிரடிப்படையினரால் 7 பாடசாலை இளைஞர்கள் சுட்டுக்கொல்லப்பட்டனர். அவ்வேழு இளைஞர்களினதும் சடலங்கள் இவ்விடத்தில் புதைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.

வீரமுனைப் படுகொலை நினைவாலயம் 12/08/1990 இப்படுகொலையினை முஸ்லிம் ஊர்காவல் படையினர் சிங்களப் படையினரோடு இணைந்து மேற்கொண்டனர். இந்த நினைவுத்தூணானது அடுத்தடுத்து வரும் தலைமுறைகளுக்கு தைக்கிறது என்றும் அதனால் இதனை உடைத்தெறிய வேண்டும் என்று பள்ளிவாசல் ஒன்றில் சிற்றிசன் கொமிற்றி, சமாதான அமைப்பு போன்ற ஒன்று, ஏற்படுத்தப்பட்ட கூட்டத்தில் முஸ்லிம்கள் விடுத்த கோரிக்கையினை தமிழர்கள் புறந்தள்ளினர். தமது தலைமுறைகள் இந்த வரலாற்றை அறியவேண்டும் என்று முஸ்லிம்களிடத்தில் ஆணித்தரமாக கூறி மறுத்தனர். முஸ்லிம்களால் படுகொலை செய்யப்பட்டவர்கள் நினைவான நினைவுச்சின்னங்களில் முஸ்லிம் கடையர்/ஊர்காவல்படையினர் தான் செய்தார்கள் என்று ஏன் எமது இனம் எழுத தயங்குகிறது என்பது எனக்குப் புரியவில்லை!ஆனால் முஸ்லிம்களோ காலத்திற்குக் காலம் இது அது என்று எல்லாவற்றிலும் தவிபு செய்தார்கள் என்று எழுதுகின்றனர். படிமப்புரவு: வீரகேசரி வலைத்தளம் படிமப்புரவு: Arangam

கேணல் கிட்டு நினைவு நாளில் பனிச்சங்கேணி, வாகரை, மட்டு மண் 16/01/2004 2ம் லெப். அபினாவின் தாயார் குத்துவிளக்கை ஏற்ற அருகில் விசாலகன் சிறப்புப் படையணியின் அப்போதைய கட்டளையாளர் சம்பந்தன் அருகில் நிற்கிறார். இவரும் பின்னர் குத்துவிளக்கினை ஏற்றினார். அப்போதைய கட்டளையாளர்களில் ஒருவனான ஜெயம் (பின்னாளில் தேசத்துரோகி ஆகினான்) அப்போதைய ஆண்டான்குளம் கோட்டக் கட்டளையாளர் மார்க்கன் (பின்னாளில் தேசத்துரோகி ஆகினான்) மட்டக்களப்பை தரிப்பிடமாகக் கொண்ட கட்டளையாளர்கள் அகவணக்கம் செலுத்துகின்றனர்.

This is the Balachandra Kids Park, which is located beyond the right-hand side statue. Inside this park, there is a statue of the LTTe chief's first son Charles Antony and his massacred second son Balachandran.

To the left of the above shown right-hand side statue, a few boards featuring poems about the Tamil genocide were installed: The building seen on the left-hand side of this image below is the museum hall known as "Maaveerar Mandapam". In the Tamil Eelam, "Maaveerar Mandapam" means a hall where the Viththudal (Tamil Tiger corpse) would be kept for their funeral. Beyond this statue, there is a park known as "Balachandran Siruvar Poongka" (Balachandran Kids Park. The photos of this park are displayed in the next box. The above image shows the boards with poems. Some of those boards are shown below:

Mullivaikkaal Memorial Beau Bassin Rose Hill, Mauritius This was the third memorial built in remembrance of the Tamil Genocide. Its uniqueness lies in the fact that it honours both Tamil civilians and LTTE fighters together. In response to requests from the Mauritius Tamil Temple Federation (MTTF), the mayor of Beau Bassin-Rose Hill, Louis André Toussaint, commissioned the construction of a memorial pillar. The epitaph on the memorial reads as follows: This memorial is situated within the Beau Bassin Rose Hill Municipal Council's grounds, a short distance from the mayor's office.
