கனடா நாட்டுப் பனிவெளியில் - மார்ச்
பதின்மூன்றில் பிறந்த இசை பாப்பா!
மதுரா ஹரிப்பிரசாந்த் தம்பதியர்க்கு - நீ
மூன்றாவது செல்லப் பிள்ளையப்பா!

ஜெயா அக்கா, கலை அண்ணன் - என
உற்றார் சூழப் பிறந்தாயே!
ஏழாவது பேரப்பிள்ளை நீயென - தாத்தா
உன்னை அணைத்துக் கொண்டாரே!

அகிலம் போற்றும் யாழ்ப்பாணத்து - நம்
அத்தியடி மண்ணின் வேரப்பா!
அந்நிய நாட்டில் பிறந்தாலும் - நீ
அழகிய தமிழின் பரம்பரையப்பா!

பெற்றோர் கூட்டிச் சென்றானரே - நம்
தாயக மண்ணை முத்தமிட!
பதினான்கு ஆகஸ்ட், 2025 - நீ
யாழ்ப்பாண மண்ணைக் கண்டாயே!

மறைந்தும் எம்மைக் காக்கின்ற - உன்
அம்மம்மா ஜெயகுமாரியின் ஆசியப்பா!
பிறக்கும் முன்னே பிரிந்தாலும் - அவர்
தெய்வமாய் உன்னை வாழ்த்துவாரே!

படிப்பினில் உயர்ந்து பாரினிலே - நீ
உயர்ந்ததோர் நிலைமை அடையணும்!
பெற்றோர் பெருமை போற்றிடவே - பெரும்
சாதனை பலவும் புரியணும்!

கனடா நாட்டின் நல்லதொரு - நற்பிரஜையாய்
வளர்ந்து நீ ஜொலிக்கணும்!
தமிழர் பண்பாடு கலாச்சாரம் - எந்நாளும்
தவறாது நீயும் காக்கணும்!

யாழ்ப்பாணத்து நேர்மையுடன் - நீ
ஆயிரம் புகழைக் குவிக்கணும்!
தாத்தாவின் ஆசை இதுவேயென - என்
இசையை என்றும் வாழ்த்துவனே!

In the winter’s hold of Ottawa, where the maple leaves rest,
Was born a boy named Isai, the fifth grandson, our best!
Third child of Mathura and Hariprasanth’s loving care,
The baby brother to Jeya and Kalai, a bond beyond compare.

Though born in the North, your roots are deep in Jaffna’s gold,
The spirit of Athiady in your young heart is bold.
In August’s warmth, you walked the soil of our motherland,
Guided by your Granddad’s love and his steady hand.

From the heavens above, a silent blessing softly flows,
Where your Grandma Jeyakumary’s eternal spirit glows.
She left us long ago, before your mother’s wedding day,
But her prayers are the stars that guide you on your way.

Study hard, dear Isai, reach the peaks of height and fame,
Bring pride to your parents and to our family name.
Be a noble citizen of Canada, loyal, true, and bright,
But keep the Tamil flame within, a never-dying light.

May the integrity of our ancestors be your guiding star,
Whether you stay in Ottawa or travel very far!

இன்று, எங்கள் அன்பான பேரன் 'இசை பத்மநாதனின்' 3வது பிறந்தநாளைக் கொண்டாடுகிறோம்!

மார்ச் மாதம் தொடங்கும் போது, எங்கள் இதயங்கள் நன்றியுணர்வால் நிறைந்துள்ளன. ஒட்டாவாவில் பிறந்தாலும், யாழ்ப்பாணத்தின் பெருமையில் வேரூன்றிய இசை, நமது பாரம்பரியத்திற்கும் நமது எதிர்காலத்திற்கும் இடையிலான பாலத்தை பிரதிநிதித்துவப் படுத்துகிறார். குறிப்பாக அவரது மறைந்த அம்மம்மா திருமதி ஜெயகுமாரி தில்லைவிநாயகலிங்கத்தின் ஆசீர்வாதங்கள் எப்போதும் அவருடன் இருக்கும்.

வலுவாக வளருங்கள், நன்றாகப் படியுங்கள், உங்கள் முன்னோர்களின் அறத்தை (நேர்மை) எப்போதும் நினைவில் கொள்ளுங்கள், அதே நேரத்தில் கனடாவில் ஒரு நல்ல குடிமகனின் பிரகாசமான எடுத்துக்காட்டாக இருங்கள்.

Today, we celebrate the 3rd birthday of our dear Isai Pathmanathan!

As his month of March begins, our hearts are full of gratitude. Born in Ottawa but rooted in the pride of Jaffna, Isai represents the bridge between our heritage and our future. We especially feel the presence of his late Grandmother, Mrs Jeyakumary Thillaivinayagalingam, whose blessings are always with him.

Grow strong, study well, and always remember the Aram (Integrity) of your ancestors, while being a shining example of a good citizen in Canada.
