அன்மைக்காலமாக பிபிசி தமிழோசை நடுநிலையின்றி தமிழினத்திற்கும் தமிழ்த் தேசியத்திற்கும் எதிராக செயற்படுவதை அவதானிக்க முடிகின்றது. இதனால் எனது மன ஆதங்கத்தை, கோபத்தை, வேதனையை, இயலாமையை வெளிப்படுத்த வேண்டியுள்ளது.

பேட்டிகளில் கேட்கப்படும் கேள்விகளும் பேட்டி காணப்படுபவர்களும் இலங்கை அரசின் பயங்கரவாதத்தை நியாயப்படுத்தும், மூடிமறைக்கும் வகையிலமைந்த செய்திகளையே எமக்குத்தருகின்றது. இதற்கு ஆதாரமாக பல உதாரணங்களை சுட்டிக்காட்ட முடியும்.

பெரும்பாலாக பேட்டிகள் காணப்படுவோர் விடுதலைப் போராட்டத்தில் கொள்கைப் பற்றின்றி தனிப்பட்ட நலன்களிற்காக திசைமாறியவர்களையும் போராட்டத்திற்கு எதிரானவர்களையும் தேடிப்பிடித்து பேட்டி காணப்படுகின்றது.

நடுநிலையான ஆய்வுப் பேட்டிகள் தற்போது பிபிசி தமிழோசையில் அரிதாகவே இருக்கின்றது. நடுநிலையானதாக காட்டுவதற்காக பேட்டிகளின் போது தற்போதைய பிபிசி செய்தியாளர்கள் சில தந்திரங்களைக் கையாள்வதை அவதானிக்க முடிகின்றது.

நீங்கள் நினைக்கலாம் நான் இங்கு வசிப்பதால் விடுதலைப் புலிகளுக்கு சார்பான செய்தியை, கருத்தை எதிர்பார்க்கிறேன் என்று. நிச்சயமாக இல்லை. இந்த விடுதலைப் போராட்டம் நியாயமானது, போரில் ஆசைப்பட்டு மரணிப்பதற்கு நாம் விட்டில் பூச்சிகளில்லை.

இப்போர் எம்மினத்தின் மீது திணிக்கப்பட்டது, தவிர்க்கப்பட முடியாதது. விடுதலைப் புலிகள் அன்றி யார் இப்போராட்டத்தை கொள்கைப்பற்றுடன் செயற்பட்டிருந்தாலும் நாம் அவர்களின் பின்நிற்க வேண்டிய வரலாற்றுத்தேவை.

இதை நீங்கள் உணர்ந்துகொள்ளுங்கள். இது பயங்கரவாதப் போராட்டம் இல்லை. சிங்களம் எமது மக்களை கொன்று குவித்தும் விடுதலைப் புலிகள் சிங்களவர்களைக் கொல்ல முயற்சிக்கவில்லை என்பதை நீங்கள் கவனத்தில் கொள்ளுங்கள்.

நீங்கள் அவர்களுடைய பிழைகளையும் சுட்டிக்காட்டுங்கள். அதற்காக நான் ஒருபோதும் நியாயப்படுத்த வரமாட்டேன். ஆனால் 61 வருடமாக பல உயிர்களை விலையாகக்கொடுத்து கட்டிவளர்த்த போராட்டத்தை கேவலப்படுத்தி, அற்பமாக்கி எமது இனத்தை அழிக்க நீங்களும் உதவாதீர்கள்.

இலங்கை சுதந்திரம் அடைந்ததிலிருந்து எமது இனத்தின் உரிமைகள் மறுக்கப்பட்டு கலவரங்கள் பலவற்றின் மூலம் கோரப் படுகொலைகள், பின்பு ஆயுதப்போராட்டம் ஆரம்பிக்கப்பட்ட பின்பு நேரடியாக பல படுகொலைகள் என பல ஆயிரக்கணக்கில் கொல்லப்பட்டு இன்று உச்சத்தில் தாண்டவமாடும் இப்படுகொலையை பலரும் அடிப்படைப்பிரச்சனையில் இருந்து ஆராயாமல் இலங்கை அரசின் கபட அரசியல் வியூகத்தில் எடுபடுவது திகைப்பையும் விரக்தியையும் ஏற்படுத்துகின்றது.

இராணுவ, பொருண்மிய இலக்குகளைத் தவிர பொதுமக்களின் உயிர்களை அழிப்பத்கான தாக்குதல்களை மேற்கொள்ளாத இனவிடுதலைக்காகப் போராடும் விடுதலைப் புலிகளை பயங்கரவாத அமைப்பாக காட்டும் சிங்கள அரசின் பிரச்சாரத்திற்கு வசியப்பட்ட சில நாடுகள் விடுதலைப் புலிகள் இயக்கத்தைத் தடை செய்ததுடன் அவர்களை அடக்குவதற்கு எல்லா வகையிலான உதவிகளையும் சிறிலங்கா அரசிற்கு செய்து கொண்டிருக்கின்றது.

இலங்கை அரசு இப்போராட்டத்தை ஒடுக்குவதற்கு ஊடகங்கள் மீதும் தொண்டு நிறுவனங்கள் மீதும் பல அழுத்தங்களையும் கபடத்தனமான அரசியல் வியூகங்களையும் பிரயோகிக்கின்றது. அவையும் அதற்குக் கட்டுப்பட்டு ஏமாறுவதை களத்தில் இருக்கும் நாங்கள் பார்க்கின்றோம்.

தற்போதுள்ள தமிழோசைக்காரர்கள் பலர் எமது விடுதலைப் போராட்டத்திற்கு எதிரான மனப்போக்குடன் செயற்படுவதை நாங்கள் உணர்கிறோம். அதற்கு உங்கள் பக்கத்தில் என்ன கருத்து இருக்கிறதோ தெரியாது. இங்கு பலர் சொல்கிறார்கள் தமிழோசைக்காரர்கள் றோவிற்கு விலைபோய்விட்டதாக. இந்தப்போரை தற்போதைய இந்திய அரசும் இலங்கை அரசும் தமது முழுப்பலத்தையும் பயன்படுத்தியே செய்துகொண்டிருப்பதை நாங்கள் அறிவோம். அந்தவகையில் சுயநலமும் பச்சோந்தித்தனமும் உள்ள தமிழினத்தைச்சேர்ந்த நீங்களும் விலைபோக மாட்டீர்கள் என்பதற்கு எந்த உத்தரவாதமும் இல்லை.

தலைமைப் பதவி ஆசை மிக்கவர்களாலும் கொள்கைப்பற்றற்ற சுயநலமுடையவர்களாலும் இப்போராட்டம் நீண்டு செல்கின்றது. எல்லோரும் ஒரே குடையின்கீழ் செயற்பட்டிருந்தால் என்றோ விடிவு கிடைத்திருக்கும். இவ்வாறானவர்கள் எமது இனத்தை அழிப்பதற்கு சமபங்கு வகிக்கிறார்கள். அந்த வகையில் பிபிசி தமிழோசையும் செயற்படுகின்றது.

பிபிசி நிறுவனம் உலகின் பல்வேறு மொழிகளில் ஒலி, ஒளி பரப்பாகும் ஒரு நடுநிலையான, ஊடகத்துறைக்கு முன்மாதிரியான நிறுவனமாக செயற்படுவதை நாம் நன்கு அறிவோம். சந்தேசிய என்ற சிங்கள ஒலிபரப்புக்கூட நடுநிலையாகச் செயற்படுவதாக சிங்களம் தெரிந்தவர்களுடாக அறியக்கூடியதாக உள்ளது. ஆனால் தமிழோசை மட்டுமே இப்படி செயற்படுவது திகைப்பையும், கோபத்தையும், வேதனையையும் ஏற்படுத்துகின்றது.

பாதுகாப்பு பிரதேசமாக அறிவிக்கப்பட்ட இடங்களில் தாக்குதல் நடத்துவதில்லை என்பதை நம்பும் நீங்கள் அப்பிரதேசத்தில் இருந்து செயற்பட நீங்களோ சர்வதேச நிறுவனங்களோ ஏன் வருகிறீர்களில்லை? அரசு நேர்மையாக செயற்படுவதாக இருந்தால் ஏன் அனுமதிக்கவில்லை? மக்கள் கொல்லப்படுவதில்லை என்பதை நம்பும் நீங்கள் கப்பலில் இதுவரை 20 தடவை 6,000 வரையான காயப்பட்ட மக்களை இங்கிருந்து கொண்டு சென்றிருக்கிறார்கள் என்றால் மரணிக்காமல் இருந்திருப்பார்களா என்ற கேள்வி உங்களுள் எழாமல் இருப்பது ஏன்?

இன்று நாங்கள் இரத்த வெள்ளத்திலும் சதைப்பிண்டங்களுக்கும் மத்தியில் வர்ணிக்க முடியாத துன்பத்தில் அடுத்த நிமிடம் எமது உயிரும் உடலில் இருக்குமா என்ற ஏக்கத்துடன் துடிக்கின்றோம். இந்த அவலத்திற்கு நீங்களும் உடந்தையாக இருக்கறீர்கள். நீங்கள் உண்மையாக செயற்படவில்லை. பிபிசி தமிழோசையில் நேர்மையில்லை, சுத்தமில்லை. தமிழோசை இலங்கை வானொலியாகிவிட்டது. அது இலங்கை பேரினவாத அரசிற்கு விலை போய்விட்டது.

சிங்கள பேரினவாதத்திடம் இருந்து விடுபடுவதற்காக எமது இனம் கடந்த 61 ஆண்டுகளாக போராடி வருகின்றது. அகிம்சை வழியில் போராடி பயன் கிடைக்காததால் ஆயுதம் ஏந்த வேண்டி ஏற்பட்டது. இது தியாகங்கள் நிறைந்த நீண்ட வரலாறு. இந்த வரலாற்றை தெரிந்துகொள்ளாமல் பிற்போக்குத்தனமாக, ஊடகத்திற்குரிய பொறுப்புணர்ச்சி இல்லாமல் பிபிசி தமிழோசை தற்போது செயற்படுகின்றது.

சிறிலங்காவின் அரசியலமைப்பைப் பார்த்தீர்கள் என்றாலே இப்போராட்டத்தின் அடிப்படையை அறிந்து கொள்வீர்கள். தயவுசெய்து எமது பிரச்சினையையும் போராட்டத்தின் நியாயப்பாட்டையும் விளங்கிக்கொண்டு இன உணர்வில்லாவிட்டாலும் தொழில் தர்மத்திற்கு மதிப்புக்கொடுத்து நடுநிலையாக, மனிதநேயத்துடன் செயற்படுமாறு மிகவும் வேதனையுடன் வேண்டிக்கொள்கின்றேன்.
