[size=3]The minister was responding to TNA leader Sampanthan’s speech at the ITAK convention in Batticaola last month, where he st ated it was uncompromising that the North-East be viewed as “areas of historical habitation of the Tamil speaking people”

Ranawaka went on to say,[/size]
