Subject: IMF Loan to Sri Lanka Should Not Serve "Quasi Military"

Dear Sir,

‘In an address to the National Human Rights Commission in Delhi on Monday, she (Commissioner Ms Navi Pillay) urged India “to continue to support freedom and rights wherever they are at stake, and particularly regarding the alarming situations in its own region, such as those in Sri Lanka and Myanmar.” UN has accused Sri Lanka of war crimes and Sri Lanka continues to refuse ceasefire and has killed more over 3000 where 1000 of them children.

Sri Lanka continues to hoodwink international community and IMF with bogus claims.

We all know that International Criminal Court has changed Sudan's Al Bashir of war crimes and has produced arrest warrant. Sri Lanka's Manhida Rajabakse too is a war criminal and should not be rewarded with IMF.

Please do not soak tax payers good money with the blood of innocent civilians.

Sincerely your's,

Subject : $2 billion loan to Government of SriLanka

Dear Sir,

I am understanding that the IMF may be considering on the loan to Sri Lanka, a nearly $2 billion loan to Government of SriLanka which is continuing a genocidal war against innocent Tamil civilians trapped in the war zone.

I would like to tell you that Government of SriLanksa is using every penny it gets for the war and to kill civilians. UN has reported that 2800 civilians has been killed by military bombing and shelling and mostly withing the Government declared safety zone recently.. I wish to inform you that the money IMF consider to give to SriLanka will be used to buy bombs and bullets.

SriLanka has expelled all the NGOs out of Vanny war effected area and blocked all international persanals and medias from learning and meeting the effected people.

I will be happy if that fund is given to a International Charity organization like ICRC and to spend directly to the effected people, and then your service will get materialized.

I wish IMF funds should be used to help to rebuild the humanitarian conditions in the country like Srilanka instead of rebuilding the broken military power and to maintain concentration camps.

Thanks for your time.
