இதுவே சரியான தகவல். வரலாற்றுச் சம்பவங்களை மாற்ற சிலர் தவறான தகவல்களை தான் பிடித்த முயலிற்கு மூன்று கால் என்று கூறுமளவிற்கு இத்திரியில் எழுதுகின்றனர்.

இத்தகவலை நான் 10/07/1990 அன்று விடுதலைப் புலிகள் மக்கள் முன்னணியினால் மாகாணசபையை நிராகரித்து பிரமதாசாவிற்கு விடுக்கப்பட்ட அலுவல்சார் அறிக்கையில் இருந்தே எடுத்தேன். இவ்வறிக்கையானது 11/07/1990 அன்று வெளியான உதயன் மற்றும் ஈழநாதம் (https://noolaham.net/project/229/22830/22830.pdf) நாளேடுகளில் உள்ளது. இவ்வறிக்கையின் இறுதியில் தான் இம்முன்மொழிவு உள்ளது. நான் அரத்தின சுருக்கமாக எழுதியிருந்த "சுயநிர்ணயத்துடன் கூடிய தன்னாட்சியை" என்பதன் முழு விரிப்பு: "தமிழீழ மக்களின் சுய நிர்ணய உரிமையை அங்கீகரித்து, முழுமையான அரசியல் அதிகாரங்கள் உடைய மாநில தன்னாட்சி" விடுதலைப் புலிகள் இவ்வாறான திட்டம் ஒன்றை சிங்கள அரசு தமிழருக்கு வழங்குமானால் தாம் அதை பரிசீலிக்கத் தயார் என்று அறிவித்திருந்தனர். அதாவது தாமே ஒரு அதிகாரம் தொடர்பான சுருக்கமான திட்ட முன்மொழிவை முன்மொழிந்து அதே போன்ற அல்லது கூடிய ஒன்றை எமக்கு சிங்களம் வழங்கினால் தாம் (தமிழர் தரப்பு) அதை பரிசீலிக்கத் தயார் என்று கூறியிருந்தார்கள். அதையே நானும் முன்மொழிந்தார்கள் என்று கூறியிருந்தேன். இதை முழுமையான வரைபாக வழங்கினார்கள் என்று நான் எங்கும் கூறவில்லை. 2003 இல் தான் ஒரு முழுமையான முன்மொழிவிற்கான வரைபை சமர்ப்பித்தனர். இந்த முன்மொழிவை விட மேம்பட்டது தான் இடைக்கால தன்னாட்சி அதிகாரசபை. மாநில தன்னாட்சியை விட இ.த.அ.ச. மேம்பட்டதே! //மட்டு-அம்பாறை, தலைநகர் ஆகியவற்றில் 15,000 தமிழர்கள் மொத்தமாக படுகொலை செய்யப்பட்டிருந்தனர்.// ஒட்டு மொத்த தமிழீழத்திலும் என்று வர வேண்டும். ஆனால் இம்மூன்று மாவட்டங்களில் மட்டும் தான் அதிகமான சாவு. (அம்பாறை 1400+2900, மட்டக்களப்பு 1700+5600, தலைநகர் 1175+800 )

அரத்தினச் சுருக்கமாக, விடுதலைப் புலிகள் 1990ம் (மட்டு-அம்பாறை, தலைநகர் ஆகியவற்றில் 15,000 தமிழர்கள் மொத்தமாக படுகொலை செய்யப்பட்டிருந்தனர்.) ஆண்டில் பிரமதாசாவிடம் எதை முன்மொழிந்தார்களோ அதைவிட நன்கு மேம்பட்ட ஒன்றையே 2003ல் முன்மொழிந்தார்கள். (2002ல் உடன்படிக்கை கைச்சாத்தானது) 1990ல் சுயநிர்ணயத்துடன் கூடிய தன்னாட்சியை முன்மொழிந்தார்கள். அது கைகூடவில்லை. 2003/10 ல் அதையே உலகில் எங்குமில்லாத ஒரு விதமான அரசாங்கத்தை தோற்றுவிக்கும் விதமாக, மேம்படுத்தி, "இடைக்கால தன்னாட்சி அதிகாரசபை" (Interim Self governing authority) என இணைத்தலைமை நாடுகளிடம் முன்மொழிந்தாார்கள். இதற்கான முன்னோட்டத்தையே ஒஸ்லோவில் வைத்து "ஒரு சமஸ்டி அடிப்படையிலான உள்ளக சுய நிர்ணயம்" (Internal self determination based on a federalism) என்றார்கள். 2002ல் எங்கும் சமஸ்டியை புலிகள் ஏற்கவுமில்லை, முன்மொழியவுமில்லை, எமக்குத் தரப்படவுமில்லை! 2006ல் தமிழர் நிகராளிகளை சப்பானிற்கு வரவழைத்து ஆயுதக் களைவை மேற்கொள்ள இணைத்தலைமை நாடுகளும் பிற நாடுகளும் சூழ்ச்சி செய்தன. இதையறிந்த புலிகள் அங்கு செல்லவில்லை. ஆனால் பாலா அங்கிள் இங்கு செல்லவேண்டும், எதுவாயினும் பார்ப்போம் என்றிருந்தார். எம்மக்களுக்கு அறழை பெயர்வது வழமையே. ஆனால் யாழில் சிலர் அதையே முத்தாய்ப்பாக்கி தம் பரப்புரைக்கு அல்லும்பகலும் பாவிக்கின்றனர்.
