அரியானா மாநிலத்தில் அரசு நிலத்தை தனது பெயரில் மாற்ற சோனியா மருமகன் ராபர்ட் வதோரா போலியான ஆவணங்கள் மற்றும சட்ட மீறல்களை செய்ததாக ஐ.ஏ.எஸ்.அதிகாரி அசோக் கேம்கா தாக்கல் செய்துள்ள அறிக்கையில் கூறியுள்ளார். அரியானா மாநிலத்தில் காங். ஆட்சி நடக்கிறது. இங்கு முதல்வர் பூபிந்தர்சிங்ஹூடா முதல்வராக இருந்து வருகிறார். குர்கான் அருகே ஷிக்கோபூர் கிராமத்தில் 3. 5 ஏக்கர் நிலம் அரசுக்கு சொந்தமானதாக இருந்தது. இந்த நிலம் முதன்முதலில் டி.எல்.எப்., என்ற நிறுவனத்திற்கு குறைந்த விலையில் விற்கப்பட்டது. அதாவது சுமார் 200 கோடி மதிப்புள்ள இந்த நிலம் வெறும் 7. 5 கோடிக்கு விற்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

  

இந்த விவகாரம் குறித்து கடந்த ஆண்டு அன்னா ஹசாரேயின் நெருங்கிய நண்பர் அரவிந்த் கெஜ்ரிவால் இந்த தகவலை வெளியிட்டு பரபரப்பை ஏற்படுத்தினார். இது தொடர்பாக சமூக ஆர்வலர் அரவிந்த் கெஜ்ரிவால் குழுவை சேர்ந்த பிரசாந்த்பூஷண் கூறியதாவது: காங். தலைவர் சோனியா மருமகன் ராபர்ட் வதோரா, டி.எல்.எப். என்ற நிறுவனத்திடமிருந்து சொத்து வாங்கியுள்ளார். இந்த நிலம் முன்னதாக அரியானா மற்றும் டில்லி அரசிடம் இருந்து பெறப்பட்டது. ரூ. 250 கோடி மதிப்பிலான இந்த சொத்தை ரூ. 50 லட்சம் கொடுத்து பெற்றுள்ளார். தலா ஒரு ஏக்கருக்கு ரூ.100க்கும் குறைவான மதிப்பை காட்டி ஊழல் செய்துள்ளார். இது தொடர்பான பத்திரப்பதிவுக்கான ஆதாரம் எங்களிடம் உள்ளது. இதன் மூலம் ராபர்ட் வதோரா முறைகேட்டில் ஈடுபட்டுள்ளார். இவ்வாறு அவர் குற்றம்சாட்டினர்.

 

இதனையடுத்து அரசியல் ரீதியாக எதிர்ப்பு கிளம்பவே இது குறித்து விசாரிக்க 3 பேர் கொண்ட குழு அமைக்கப்பட்டது. இந்த குழுவினரிடம் ஐ. ஏ.எஸ் அதிகாரி அறிக்கை அனுப்பியுள்ளார். இந்த அறிக்கையில் ராபர்ட் வதோராவின் ஸ்கைலைட் ஹாஸ்பிட்டலிட்டி என்ற நிறுவனத்திற்கு நிலம் வழங்கப்பட்டதில் அரசின் முறையான சட்டமுறை பின்பற்றப்படவில்லை. சோனியாவை திருப்திப்படுத்தும் விதமாக மாநில மற்றும் நகர்ப்புற அலுவலக அதிகாரிகள் செயல்பட்டுள்ளனர். போலியான ஆவணங்கள் தாக்கல் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. தனது பெயரில் நிலம் வாங்கியதில் அரசுக்கு தவறான தகவல் கொடுத்துள்ளார். இதன் மூலம் பத்திரப்பதிவு துறையை ஏமாற்றியுள்ளார். இவ்வாறு அறிக்கை அளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இதன் மூலம் பல கோடி ராபர்ட்டுக்கு கிடைத்துள்ளது. அரசு பணம் கொள்ளையடிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இவ்வாறு கூறியுள்ளார்.

 

இந்த அறிக்கை காங்., கட்சிக்கு மேலும் ஒரு அவப்பெயரை ஏற்படுத்தியுள்ளது.

Antonia is Sonia’s real name in her birth certificate. Sonia is the name given to her subsequently by her father, Stefano Maino [now deceased] following his return from Russia where he had been a prisoner of war. Stefano had joined the Nazi army as a volunteer. Sonia is a Russian not Italian name. While spending two years in a Russian jail, Sonia’s father had become quite pro-Soviet; especially after the liberating US army in Italy had confiscated all fascists’ properties including his. Second, she was not born in Orbassano as she claims in her bio data submitted to Parliament on becoming MP, but in Luciana as stated in her birth certificate. She perhaps would like to hide the place of her birth because of her father’s connection with the Nazis and Mussolini’s Fascists, and her family’s continuing connections with the Nazi-Fascists underground that is still surviving since 1945 in Italy. Luciana is where Nazi-Fascist network is headquartered, and is on the Italian-Swiss border.
