ஒரு மாதிரி கடிதத்தை இணைத்தால் மிகவும் வசதியாக இருக்கும்

Dear Hon. .........

The brutal war against the innocent Tamils is growing intense. Today alone there are 102 including 25 children were killed and 140 including 27 children were injured.

Recently UN confirmed what Sri Lanka does against Tamils are indeed war crimes!

People are left to die with no medicine, food and water. Civilians are bombed day and night for over three months now.

The International Committee of the Red Cross has warned of “an impending humanitarian catastrophe”. There is not a single International monitor or an independent media personal to monitor the situations. The foreign aid agencies expelled at the time of greatest civilian need. Sri Lanka has ignored calls for a ceasefire. There is real danger that a bloody denouement to the 25-year-old civil war could result in an "all-out humanitarian catastrophe”.

I kindly urge your attention on this important matter.

Thank you for your kind heart.

Yours truly,

Dear Madam/Sir,

The Sri Lankan armed forces have massacred over two thousand Tamil civilians during the past two months, including 700 children. This is not happening in secret, out of the world's gaze, but in plain sight. Having hemmed over 250,000 terrified Tamils into an enclave in their home district, the Sinhala military is attacking them with artillery, rockets, cluster bombs and incendiaries. Having unilaterally and arbitrarily defined what it mockingly calls a 'safe zone', President Mahinda Rajapakse’s government is confidently slaughtering the terrified civilians who fled into it. Each day on average more than 50 were killed, including many children and dozens of wounded civilians bleed to death for lack of medical supplies. Deaths from starvation have now begun.

The international community is well aware of all this. Yet, for all that talk in the past few years about 'Responsibility to Protect', 'international humanitarian law', 'human rights', 'Never again - after Rwanda' and so on, what we are seeing is simply indifference to the slaughter of the Tamils.

Last year, Sri Lanka lost its seat on the UN human rights council over its poor human rights record. And now, UN can only bring peace to Tamils in Sri Lanka.

I kindly urge your immediate attention on Sri Lanka to prevent further loss of lives.

Sincerely,

I have sent letters & emails to every one.

But the folloing e-mails has bounced backed, can you please let us know the correct e-mail for Turkey & Jappan.

Thanks
