நிறைவேற்று அதிகார முறைமை ஏன் தொடர்ந்தும் அமுல்படுத்தப்படுகின்றது என்பது தொடர்பில் மக்கள் கேள்வி எழுப்ப வேண்டுமென கோட்டே ஸ்ரீ நாக விஹாரையின் பீடாதிபதி மாதுலுவே சோபித தேரர் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ளார். தற்போதைய அரசியல் அமைப்பை ரத்து செய்ய நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்பட வேண்டும். மதத் தலைவர்கள் மற்றும் பொதுமக்களின் ஆலோசனையுடன் புதிய அரசியல் சாசனமொன்றை உருவாக்க வேண்டும்.

  

நிறைவேற்று அதிகார முறைமையினால் நாட்டின் நீதிமன்றக் கட்டமைப்பும், அரசியல் முறைமையும் பலவீனமடைந்துள்ளன. முறைப்பாட்டாளரே விசாரணை நடாத்தி தண்டனை வழங்கும் ஆசியாவின் ஆச்சரியம் இலங்கையில் நடக்கின்றது. தற்போதைய முறைமையின் கீழ் ஜனாதிபதி நீதிமன்றத்தை எந்த வகையிலும் மதிப்பதில்லை. 18ம் திருத்தச் சட்டம் நாட்டின் ஆட்சி முறைமையை பாதக நிலைக்கு இட்டுச் சென்றுள்ளதாக சோபித தேரர் தெரிவித்துள்ளார். தேசிய நூலக கேட்போர் கூடத்தில் நடைபெற்ற கூட்டமொன்றில் அவர் இதனைக் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ளார்.

என்ன தேரர் அடிக்கடி...

 

ஆரம்பத்திலை சும்மா ஆசைக்கு சொட்டைக்கு சும்மா எதோ சொல்லுகிறார் போலிருந்தது. இப்போது பார்த்தால் அரசாங்கத்தில் யாரையோ நிச்சயமாகப் பிடிக்கவில்லை.

புத்தர், இவரைத் தன்னிடம் விரைவில் வரும்படி, அழைத்திருக்கலாம்!

இப்போது இந்த சிங்கள  பௌத்த மதவாதிக்கு திடீரென எப்படி ஞானம் பிறந்ததோ தெரியவில்லை?

1948 முதல் தமிழ் மக்களின் அடிப்படைப் பிரச்சினைகளில் ஒன்று இதுதான். தமிழ் மக்களின் சொத்துக்களை சூறையாடுபவர்கள், அழிப்பவர்கள், தமிழ் மக்களை கொலை செய்பவர்களே குற்றச் செயலை விசாரிப்பதாக காலத்தை  கடத்தி சர்வதேசத்தை ஏமாற்றி வந்துள்ளனர்.  

சிங்கள அரச பயங்கரவாதிகளின் சார்பான பான்கீ மூன் தலைமையிலான ஐ.நா சபையும் தமிழினப் படுகொலைகளை செய்த சிங்கள அரச பயங்கரவாதிகளே அதை விசாரிக்க வேண்டும் என்று முன்னர் பலமுறை கூறியுள்ளனர்.
 

There will be another youth uprising in the country – Dullas

There is a possibility of another youth uprising in the country taking place in the future and as he has ben unable to fulfill his responsibilities as a politician he would retire from politics says the Minister of Youth Affairs and Skills Development Dullas Alahapperuma.

Speaking at the Technical College in Galle Minister Alahapperuma has said, “Politics in Sri Lanka is very strange. During elections they use not only their heads but all their limbs to collect votes but do not get engaged in a principled political process. As such, elders in the country should be prepared now not to betray the future of their children by giving their votes for a little bit of arrack or blank job forms.”

He further said, “Another youth uprising would definitely take place in this country in another ten or twenty year’s time.  I could not fulfill my responsibilities. I’m prepared to retire from politics.

“Politicians, teachers and parents failed to win the confidence of the youth in the country. They couldn’t listen to their voice or understand them. As a result three youth uprisings took place in the country. Politicians, teachers as well as parents should be responsible for such uprisings,” added Mr. Alahapperuma.
