இலங்கையின் கிழக்கே திருகோணமலை மாவட்டத்தில், மூதூர் பகுதியில் கடந்த ஆண்டு ஆகஸ்டு மாதம் பிரான்ஸ் நாட்டைச் சேர்ந்த சர்வதேச தொண்டர் நிறுவனமான அக்ஸன் பெயிம் அமைப்பின் ஊழியர்கள் 17 பேர் மரணமான சம்பவம் ஒரு கொலைச் செயல் என, அது குறித்த மரண விசாரணையில் தீர்ப்பு வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

திருகோணமலை மாவட்டம் கந்தளாய் நீதிமன்றத்தில் நடந்த இது தொடர்பான மரண விசாரணையின் போது அநுராதபுரம் நீதிபதி வசந்த ஜினதாச இந்தத் தீர்ப்பை அறிவித்தார்.

அத்துடன் இந்த மரணங்கள் குறித்த புலன் விசாரணைகளை பொலிஸார் தாமதமின்றி நடத்த வேண்டும் என்றும், சாட்சிகளுக்கு தேவைப்படும் பட்சத்தில் போதிய பாதுகாப்பு வழங்கப்பட வேண்டும் என்று நீதவான் உத்தரவிட்டார்.

இந்த மரண விசாரணைகளின் போது, சர்வதேச சட்ட வல்லுனர் அமைப்பைச் சேர்ந்த சட்டத்தரணி மைக்கல் ஜிம்பொங் மற்றும் சர்வதேச சட்ட வல்லுனர் ஆணைக்குழுவைச் சேர்ந்த சட்டத்தரணி குஸ்னகன் ஆகியோர் நீதிமன்றில் சமூகமளித்திருந்தனர்.

மூதூரில் இடம்பெற்ற இந்தச் சம்பவத்தின் போது அக்ஸன் பெயிம் அமைப்பைச் சேர்ந்த இலங்கைப் பணியாளர்கள் 17 பேர் படுகொலை செய்யப்பட்டிருந்தனர்

நல்லவேளை தற்கொலை என்று தீர்பளிக்காமல் விட்டார் ஜினதாச.

கொலை என்று கண்டுபிடிக்க 7 மாதம் என்றால், இனி கொலைகாரர்களை கூண்டில் நிறுத்தி தண்டனை வாங்கிக் கொடுத்து................!!!!

பலியானவர்களின் உறவினர்களே!......போனது போனதுதான், இருப்பதை காத்துக் கொள்ளுங்கள்!

7மாதத்தின் பின்பு.......

காலம் தாழ்த்தினாலும் உண்மையான தீர்ப்பை சொல்லியிருக்கிறார்

நீதிவான். கொலையை கொலை என்று சொல்லவே எழு மாதம்.

நீதிவானின் மரணசடங்கில் கௌரவத்திற்குரிய நீதிவான் நீண்ட நாட்களாக முயன்றும் தீர்ப்பு வழங்க முடியாமல் போன வழக்கென்று வாழ்த்துப்பாடலாம். எப்பிடியும் இன்னொமொரு 25 வருடத்திற்குள் ஐயா மண்டைய போட்டுவார்.

மூதூர் அக்ஸன் பெயிம் ஊழியர்களின் மரணம் கொலை எனத் தீர்ப்பு சொன்ன அநுராதபுரம் நீதிபதி வசந்த ஜினதாசவுக்கு உடனடியாக பதவி உயர்வும் தேசமான்ய பட்டமும், தங்கப் பதக்கமும் வழங்கப்பட வேண்டும் என மாண்புமிகு மந்திக்கூட்டத் தலைவன் மகிந்துவிற்கு யாழ் டொட் கொம் சார்பில் நான் பரிந்துரை செய்கின்றேன்!

இந்த மரண விசாரணைகளின் போது, சர்வதேச சட்ட வல்லுனர் அமைப்பைச் சேர்ந்த சட்டத்தரணி மைக்கல் ஜிம்பொங் மற்றும் சர்வதேச சட்ட வல்லுனர் ஆணைக்குழுவைச் சேர்ந்த சட்டத்தரணி குஸ்னகன் ஆகியோர் நீதிமன்றில் சமூகமளித்திருந்தனர்.

காரணம் வெளிநாட்டு சட்டதரணிகள். சாணக்கியன் எழுதியது போல தற்கொலையாகியிருக்கலாம் அல்லது இறந்தவாகள் விடுதலைப் புலிகளாகியிருப்பார்கள்.

The brutal assasinations committed by the Srilankan army not very well highlighted in TamilNadu ...the brahmin dominated Tamilmedia and some english news papers blame Tigers for each and every killing.Innocent Tamil civilians believe those news ...and most Tamil people here dont know that Tigers have artilleries,gunboats ,modern weapons etc,and they run a defacto state with their own police judiciary etc. They still think that Tigers are a small group of armed people struggle for freedom effective media highlights can change TamilNadu once again a strong Tamil Eelam support base like it was in the 80 s .I remember when i was a kid, cadres of LTTE walked freely in TamilNadu and sold calenders with Prabakaran pictures .we still preserve it. Now Tamil Eelam support is again gaining momentum in TamilNadu but in a slow pace the Indian intelligence dept try to suppress it. one thing I noticed now in TamilNadu is the people now started b talking in favour of Tamil Eelam.... unfortunately our politicians are selfish and cowards .

நான் தான் தெளிவாக எழுதவில்லை என நினைக்கிறேன். கொலை என்று 7 மாதத்துக்கு பின்பு தீர்ப்பளித்துள்ளார். கொலை என்பது எல்லாருக்கும் தெரியும். இதற்கு தீர்ப்பு தேவையில்லை. ஆனால் கொலை செய்தவர்கள் யார் என்றதினை மட்டும் தீர்ப்பளிக்க மாட்டார்கள். அது தான் தேவை. அப்படி குற்றவாளிகளை கண்டுபிடித்தாலும், கிருசாந்தி கொலை வழக்குப் போல காலப் போக்கில் மூதூர் கொலை வழக்கும் மறைந்துவிடும்
