நோர்வே வெளிநாட்டமைச்சர் இலங்கையி நடைபெறும் யுக்த்தையும் அத்னால் சாதாரன மக்களுக்கு ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்பட முடியாத இழப்புக்களுக்கும் தனது கண்டனத்தை வெளிப்படுத்தியுள்ளார்.

The Norwegian Foreign Minister, Jonas Gahr Støre, in a statement issued on Tuesday said his government condemned the ongoing war in Sri Lanka, which has caused "unacceptable sufferings to the civilians," in the country. Meanwhile, International Development Minister Erik Solheim has called on the parties stressing that all the people in conflict area should be able to move freely and that the civilians who flee the war must be assured a dignified and respectful treatment under the supervision and monitoring of UN and international observers. "The sick and the wounded must be given access for treatment and ambulances must be able to travel unhindered, in and out of the conflict area," Mr. Solheim has demanded.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement to this effect in Norwegian language on Tuesday.

He called on all efforts to be focused on stopping the sufferings of the civilians.

"We are receiving information that the number of civilian casualties are ever- increasing and that the civilians are caught up in the crossfire between the parties. This is very serious. Both the Government of Sri Lanka and the Tamil Tigers (LTTE) have a responsibility to protect the civilians and to avoid further civilians getting killed."

"All the people in conflict area should be able to move freely. Both the parties must respect this. Civilians who flee the war must be assured a dignified and respectful treatment under the supervision and monitoring of UN and international monitors," he said.

"In addition, both the parties must ensure that food and other humanitarian supplies reach the civilians in need. The sick and the wounded must be given access for treatment and ambulances must be able to travel unhindered, in and out of the conflict area," Mr. Solheim further demanded.

காயமடைந்த மக்களுக்கான மருந்து உட்பட அனைத்து அடிப்படை வசதிகளும் செய்து தரப்பட வேண்டும் என்று நோர்வே வற்புறுத்தியுள்ளது. இது தொடர்பாக கொழும்பிலுள்ள நோர்வே தூதரகம் வெளியிட்டுள்ள அறிக்கையில் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டிருப்பதாவது :

‘அண்மைக்காலமாக வன்னியில் மக்களின் இயல்புவாழ்க்கை பெருமளவில் பாதிக்கப்பட்டிருப்பது குறித்தும் ஆழ்ந்த கவனத்தை நோர்வே கொண்டிருக்கின்றது.

மனிதாபிமான அடிப்படையில் அம்மக்களுக்கு வேண்டிய அத்தியாவசிய அடிப்படை வசதிகள் கிடைக்கக் கூடியதாக உடனடியாக நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டியது அவசியம். இடம்பெயர்ந்து வரும் மக்களுக்கு மனிதாபிமான அடிப்படையில், இயல்பான வாழ்க்கைச் சூழ்நிலை உருவாக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.

வைத்தியசாலை சேவைகள் முடக்கப்படுவது சர்வதேச மனித உரிமை சட்டத்திற்கு எதிரானது. எனவே சர்வதேச சட்டத்தை மதிக்குமாறு இலங்கை அரசாங்கத்தையும் விடுதலைப் புலிகளையும் நோர்வே கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறது.” இவ்வாறு அந்த அறிக்கையில் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

இவ்வளவு காலமும் தெந்தமிழீழத்தில மக்கள் சாகேக்க அக்கறையில்ல.. வன்னில இத்தனை மக்களும் சாகும் வரைக்கும் அவையை காப்பாற்றனும் என்ற அக்கறையில்ல.. செத்தாப் பிறகுதானாம்.. எல்லாரும் மனித உரிமைகள் பாதுகாக்கப்படனும் என்று தெரியுதாம்.

வன்னி மக்கள் வன்னியை விட்டு சிறீலங்கா அரசு.. ஐநாவை வெளியேற்றைக்கையே சொன்னார்கள்.. எங்களுக்கு பாதுகாப்பில்ல தயவுசெய்து போகாதீர்கள் என்று. அப்ப எல்லாரும் மெளனமா இருந்து வேடிக்கை பார்த்திட்டு.. இப்ப இராணுவம்.. 99% யுத்தம் செய்து முடித்து விட்ட பின்னர் அந்த வெற்றியை தக்க வைக்க.. ஓடி வரினமே தவிர.. இவைக்கு மக்களின் உயிர் பற்றிய உண்மையான அக்கறை இருந்திருப்பின் எப்பவோ குரல் கொடுத்திருப்பினம்..!

இவையின் போலிக் குரல்களை.. நம்பிறது.. அவ்வளவு நல்லமில்ல. இருந்தாலும்.. இவையின்ர குரல்கள் சொல்வதை.. எமது பிரச்சாரத்துக்கான சான்றாகப் பயன்படுத்தி.. எமது மக்களின் துயரங்களை போக்கிறதோட எமது விடிவுக்கு வழியையும் தேடிக் கொள்ள வேண்டும்..!

இது வரை எங்கே போனீர்கள். ? நூற்றுக்கணக்கில் செத்தும் வீதி வழியே , உருக்குலைந்து . துர்நாற்றம் வீசுகிறதாம் . எங்கே போனீர்கள்.? உரிய மருத்துவ வசதி தான் செய்ய முடியவில்லை எங்கே போகிறது மனிதம் ? . இனியும் தலையிட்டு காப்பாற்ற , .உயிர்கள் மதிக்க படவேண்டும் இனியும் ஏதாவது செய்ய , வாளா விருந்தால் தமிழ் மக்கள் , ஈழத்தமிழர் மன்னிக்க மாட்டர்கள்.

இன்று நோர்வேயின் சர்வதேச அபிவிருத்தி அமைச்சர் எரிக் சூல்கைம் விடுத்த அறிக்கையொன்றில் இலங்கையில் போர்சூழ்ந்துள்ள பிரதேசங்களில் அல்லலுறும் மக்களுக்கு சகல உதவிகளும் வழங்கப்படவேண்டும் என்று தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

No humanitarian supplies from UN, WFP, say TRO officials

The World Food Programme (WFP) officials responsible for the food supply to civilians in Vanni and UN officials who were in the Chunthanthirapuram food station, the only station for delivering food supplies, are yet to resume humanitarian supplies to the thousands of civilians who are without any supplies, a Tamil Rehabilitation Organisation (TRO) official told TamilNet from Chuthanthirapuram. The WFP and UN officials fled the 'safety zone' after the artillery barrage by the Sri Lanka Army (SLA). Now, they are staying in Puthukkudiyiruppu (PTK), according to the instructions by the SLA, the TRO officials further said.

The civilians express fear that the SLA was attempting to remove the remaining foreign witnesses away from civilians.

Meanwhile, the TRO has been struggling to supply bread and cooked food to the IDPs. .............

நவகிட்லருக்கு உதவும் யாவரும் தமிழினப் படுகொலையில் பங்கெடுக்கும் நவகிட்லர்களே ! இவர்களிடம் போய் நீதியை எதிர்பார்க்க முடியுமா? உலகத் தமிழினம் ஒருபோதும் இவர்களை மன்னிக்காது !!!!!!!!!!!!
