கருணா எந்த காரணத்திற்காவும் தண்டிக்கப்பட்டால் நல்லது. ஆனால் அவனை வடக்கு கிழக்கில் ஒரு ஜனநாக அரசு அமைந்த பின் அதில் விசாரிக்க வேண்டும் என்பதுதான் என் விருப்பம். 

 

இதில் கோபத்தபயா குழந்தை மாதிரி; கருணா கெடுத்தான் என்ற கதைதான் எரிச்சலை தருகிறது. 

போர்க்குற்றம் செய்தது சிங்களம். எனவே தண்டிக்கப்பட  வேண்டியவர்கள் அவர்கள். அந்த தண்டனை ஊடாக எமக்கு வேண்டியது ஐ.நா. அங்கீகாரம்.

Being a dynamic diplomat and a humanist, now you must be aware of the mass scale atrocities and widespread brutal war crimes committed by the Sri Lankan government in the year 2009 alone. Many solid evidences surface day by day. But they are just tips of several icebergs.

One alarming statistics collected by local volunteers says, in the past few decades, successive Sri Lankan governments (in the past 30 years) have,
* massacred more than 260,000 Tamil Civilians
* caused serious wounds / disability on more than 170,000 Tamil Civilians
* destroyed more than 150,000 Homes of Tamil Civilians
* forced external displacement of more than 1,500,000 Tamil Civilians
* forced internal displacement of more than 800,000 Tamil Civilians
* destroyed more than 90 Billion US $ worth of properties of Tamil Civilians
* been responsible for the disappearances of more than 146,000 Tamil Civilians

Successive Sri Lankan Sinhalese governments have carried out systematic Tamil-ethnic cleansing since 1948, under the guise of democracy. The alien Sinhalese have outnumbered the Tamils (who were the original inhabitants of Sri Lanka) by faster population growth over several centuries and ruling (actually ruining) the country since 1948, making use of the principle of democracy.

Civilised world were deceived by the successive murderous Sinhala regime by the mantra ‘democratically elected government’. If this is allowed to continue, the value of democracy will be eroded in the history of humanity.  

Therefore, we earnestly request you to make use of your good offices to take all possible immediate measures to stop ethnic cleansing programme of the Sri Lankan government, and ALSO to uphold the human values by delivering justice, as per internally accepted norms, to the Tamils living in Sri Lanka.

Tamils in Sri Lanka, immediately and urgently,
•    need to be protected immediately from the systematic ethnic cleansing by the government
•    need to be protected from Sinhala military wings and Sinhala police of the government
•    need to be given back the lands and properties forcibly grabbed by the government
•    need to be given compensations for the loses inflicted on them by the government
•    need a full-fledge self-governing setup to ensure security and to preserve of their culture, religion and language.

In addition, ruthless war crimes committed by the government of Sri Lanka need to be investigated and the identified war criminals need to be punished as per internally accepted norms and justice system. This process is very much important to eradicate evolving patterns of state terrorism under the guise of democracy and to uphold true democratic values.

Any delay in taking appropriate steps, would facilitate the government of Sri Lanka (which always adopt delay and deceiving tactics) to carry out its systematic ethnic cleaning programme in Sri Lanka.

So please act fast.

சர்வதேச சமூகத்தின் கண்ணீர் மீண்டும் ஒருமுறை இலங்கையில் விழுகிறது. வேலுப்பிள்ளை பிரபாகரனின் மகன் 12 வயது பாலசந்திரன் தோட்டாக்களால் துளைத்தெடுக்கப்பட்ட சாட்சியங்களைக் காணும் போது இருதயம் ஒரு கணம் நின்று விட்டது. என்னையறியாமல் கண்ணீர் பெருகிவிட்டது.பால்வடியும் முகம், பளபளக்கும் மேனி, கனவுகளின் ஈரம் காயாத கண்கள், மிருகம் கூட அவனைக் கண்டு ஒதுங்கிப் போயிருக்குமே. எப்படித்தான் கொல்ல மனம் வந்ததோ. இதயமற்ற இலங்கை ராணுவத்திற்கு?. மரணம் நெருங்கும் போது என்னதான் நினைத்திருக்குமோ. அந்தக் கொலைக்களத்துக் குலக்கொழுந்து? தொட்டுவிடும் தூரத்தில் இருந்த துப்பாக்கி முனையால் அவன் தொடர்ந்து சுடப்பட்டிருக்கிறான்.

 

கோவிலில் கும்பிட்டாலும்

 

வாழைத்தண்டு மார்பில் வடுக்களாகப் பதிந்திருக்கின்றன துளைத்துப் போன தோட்டாக்கள். கண்கள் என்ற உறுப்பைக் கொண்டதற்காக நான் முதன்முதலில் துக்கப்பட்டேன். ஒரு பிள்ளையைக் கொல்லவா பீரங்கி? ஓர் அரும்பை உடைக்கவா அணுகுண்டு? போர்க் குற்றங்களை மறைக்கும் இலங்கை இன்று ஒரு சர்வதேசச் சாட்சியத்தின் முன்னால் தலைகுனிந்து நிற்கிறது.இலங்கை அதிபர் ராஜபக்சே கோவில் கோவிலாகச் சென்று கும்பிட்டாலும் அறிவுள்ள எந்தக் கடவுளும் இந்தப் பாவத்தை மன்னிக்கப் போவதில்லை. இப்படிப் பிள்ளைக்கறி சமைத்துச் சாப்பிடுபவர்களா, இருக்கும் தமிழர்களுக்கு இரக்கம் காட்டப் போகிறார்கள்?

தமில் நாட்டில் இருந்து ஒரு உறவின் ஓலக் குரல்

2009 ஆரம்ப நாட்கள் ஈழப்போர் உச்சத்தில் இருந்த நேரம். அங்கிருந்து வரும் புகைப்படங்கள் விடீயோக்கள் போரின் கொடூரத்தை சொன்னது. அதில் கர்ப்பிணி ஒருவரின் வயிறு கிழிந்து அவரின் சிசுவின் பிஞ்சு கால் விரல்கள் வெளியே தொங்கிக்கொண்டிருந்த புகைப்படம் ஒன்றும் இருந்தது.

என்னால் மறக்கவே முடியாத படம் அது. அப்போது என் மனைவியும் எழுமாத கர்ப்பிணியாக இருந்தார். அதனாலயே என்னை அந்தப் படம் மிகுந்த சித்திரவதைக்குள்ளாக்கியிருந்தது. அந்த சிசுவின் கால்விரல்கள் பிறந்திராத என் குழந்தையாக என்னைச் சித்திரவதை செய்தது.

இன்றளவும் சிலபேர் மீது எனக்கு வன்மம் குறையாமல் இருப்பதற்கு அந்தப் படமும் ஒரு காரணம்.

இனிமேலும் தொடர்ந்து ஈழத்திலிருந்து வரும் புகைப் படங்களைப் பார்த்தால் மனப்பிறழ்வுக்குள்ளாகிவிடுவோம் என்ற அச்சத்தின் காரணமாக அவைகளைப் பார்ப்பதை தவிர்த்துவிடுவேன்.

சில மாதங்களுக்கு முன்பு மார்பில் துப்பாக்கியால் சுடப்பட்டுக் கொல்லப்பட்ட பாலச்சந்திரனின் படம் வெளியாகியிருந்தது. இப்போது சுட்டுக்கொல்லப்படுவதற்கு முன் உயிரோடு இருக்கும் பாலச்சந்திரனின் படம் வெளியாகியிருக்கிறது.

தன்னைச் சுற்றி என்ன நடக்கிறது.. தனக்கு என்னாகும் என்பது பற்றியெல்லாம் ஏதும் அறிந்திராத அந்தப் பாலகன் ராணுவம் கொடுத்த பிஸ்கெட்டை சாப்பிட்டுக்கொண்டிருக்கிற அந்தப் புகைப்படத்தை பார்த்த தருணத்திலிருந்து 2009 காலகட்டங்களில் ஏற்பட்ட மன உளைச்சல் இன்று வந்தது. கொல்லப்பட்ட பாலச்சந்திரனின் படத்தை விடப் பிஸ்கெட் சாப்பிட்டுக்கொண்டு உயிரோடு அமர்ந்திருக்கும் இந்தப் படம் எனக்கு மிகுந்த வலியை கொடுக்கிறது..
அதுவும்.. அந்த வெறித்தக் கண்கள்... பாவிகளே.. எப்படி மனசு வந்தது.. அந்த குழந்தையை சுட்டுக்கொல்ல..

ஒரு சிறுவனைக்கூட விட்டு வைக்க முடியாதளவுக்கு வன்மத்தோடு இருக்கும் ஒரு இனவெறி அரசுடன் தமிழர்கள் சேர்ந்து வாழ வேண்டும் என்று இப்போதும் கூறி அறிவுஜீவிகள் சிலர் தங்கள் வாழ்வை செழிப்பாக்க கூடும்.

தலைவர் வருவார்.. ஐந்தாம் கட்ட ஈழப்போர் வெடிக்கும்.. என்று உங்களை வைத்து சிலர் பிழைப்பும் நடத்தக்கூடும்.

தம்பி.. உன் தந்தையிடம் சொல்.. இவர்களுக்கு மத்தியில் நாம் தமிழர்களாகப் பிறந்ததே அசிங்கம் என்று..

Another battle hardened officer from the Gajaba Regiment, Major General Kamal Gunaratne first commanded the 55 Division in Jaffna and later appointed as the GOC of the 53 Division. He commanded his troops to capture Muhamalai, Pallai, Soranpattu and Elephant Pass.

Then his Division was moved to Mankulam and later deployed in the battle to capture Puthukudiyirippu. It was his troops who captured the Eastern edge of the Nanthikadal lagoon along with the Task Force VIII troops.

In the final battle it was the troops under his command who recovered the body of Tiger leader Velupillai Prabhakaran in the banks of the Nanthikadal lagoon in Vellamulivaikkal.

Lanka News Web learns that Balachandran had been killed under the supervision of the Commander of the 53rd Brigade Brigadier Kamal Gunaratne. Balachandran had surrendered to the army near the Nadikadal Lagoon at 7.30 a.m. on May 19, 2009. He had surrendered to a group of eight soldiers led Sergeant Mutubanda from the 4th Vijayaba Infantry Regiment. Balachandran had said his father, Velupillai Prabhakaran had been shot dead the previous night and that his body was hidden in a shrub near the Nandikadal Lagoon. Mutubanda had then informed the detail to Lieutenant Nalaka from the C Group of the 4th Vijayaba Infantry Regiment. Nalaka together with another officer named Kirinda and Sergeant Wijesinghe were engaged in a search operation in the Nandikadal Lagoon at the time. Nalaka had informed the Commanding Officer of the 4th Vijayaba Infantry Regiment Lieutenant Colonel Rohitha Aluvihare that a boy claiming to be Prabhakaran’s son along with two security personnel had surrendered to the army. He had then informed the head of the 53rd Brigade, Brigadier Kamal Gunaratne about the matter through head of the 681 platoon, Lieutenant Colonel Lalntha Gamage. Following orders, Brigadier Gunaratne together with Lieutenant Nalaka and Balachnadran had gone to the shrub in the Nandikadal Lagoon and shown Prabhakaran’s body to the army. Lalantha Gamage had then personally taken charge of Balachandran and taken him to Gunaratne. Gunaratne had then personally interrogated Balachandran. During the interrogation Balachandran had said his father was killed the previous night when he was caught in the crossfire between the LTTE and security forces. He had said that his father’s body was hidden and two of his security personnel who had survived the battle the previous night had then surrendered to the army with him. Balachandran had said that he was with his father in one boat trying to escape the gunfire while his mother and sister were in another. However, he had said his father was shot during the battle and that he was unaware of what had become of his mother and sister. Balachandran had also revealed that his father and his few remaining security personnel had fought back, but excluding two members of the security detail, everyone had been killed in the gun battle. Gunaratne had informed all the details he had learnt from Balachandran to the Defence Secretary on his mobile phone. The Defence Secretary had informed all the details to Karuna Amman. Karuna Amman had told the Defence Secretary that Balachandran should be killed since there was a possibility that he would become the next LTTE leader if he survived and because he would be released from courts since he was under age. பாலச்சந்திரனையும், பிரபாகரனையும், விடுதலை புலிகளையும், தமிழ் மக்களையும், கவனமாக கையாள வேண்டும்...பாலச்சந்திரனது படுகொலை, அங்கு நடந்த மற்ற கொலைகளை போன்றதே.. அல்லது அவனுக்கு நடந்ததுதான் அங்கே இருந்து மறைந்து போன 40,000-100,000 மக்களுக்கும் நடந்தது என்பதை இன்னும் நாலு பேருக்கு சொல்லுவதில்தான் தமிழருக்கு ஒரு சார்பான தீர்வு வரும் என்று நினைக்கிறன்..

யார் இந்த போர்க்குற்றங்களுக்கு பொறுப்பு கூறவேண்டும்?

போர்வெற்றிகளுக்கு நாங்கள்தான் காரணம் என்று கூறுபவர்கள்தான் போர்க்குற்றத்ததையும் பொறுப்பேற்க வேண்டும்.

இராணுவம் போர்க்குற்றத்தில் ஈடுபட்டிருந்தால் இராணுவத்தரப்புத்தான் பொறுப்பு. ஜனாதிபதி முப்படைத்தளபதி. அவரது போத்தபாய ராஜபக்ச தம்பி இராணுவச் செயலாளர். எனவே இந்த குற்றங்களுக்கு இலங்கை ஜனாதிபதி மகிந்த ராஜபக்சவே பொறுப்பு.

 

 

இவர்கள் தலைமையிலேயே இராணுவ துணைகுழுக்களும் இயங்குகின்றன. 

 

இது மக்ரேயின் கெட்டித்தனமான விவாதம். 

 

போரை வென்றோம் என்று மார்தட்டுபவர்கள் எப்படி போர்குற்ற விசாரணையை நடத்தமுடியும்?  அது உண்மையில் நீங்கள் போரை வெல்லவில்லை. போரில் நீங்கள் Foul விளையாடினீர்கள் என்பது போல அல்லவா இருக்கும். 

 

காந்தி உண்ணாவிரதமிருந்து இந்து முஸ்லீம் கலவரத்தை தவிர்க்க முடிந்ததா?
