அமெரிக்க உளவு அமைப்புக்களில் ஒன்றான FBI அதன் இணையத்தளத்தில், அல்குய்டை.. கமாஸ்.. கிஸ்புல்லா போன்ற இஸ்லாமிய தீவிரவாத இயக்கங்களை விட மிக மோசமான பயங்கரமான அமைப்பு விடுதலைப்புலிகள் என்று தனது செய்திக் குறிப்பொன்றில் கூறியுள்ளது.

புலிகளின் கரும்புலிப்படையை முதன்மைப்படுத்தி இந்த நிலையை வெளியிட்டிருக்கும் எவ் பி ஐ..

* புலிகளே தற்கொலைத்தாக்குதல் மூலம் உலகத் தலைவர்களில் இருவரைக் கொன்றுள்ளனர்

* மிகவும் நேர்த்தியாக தற்கொலைத் தாக்குதல்களை நடத்தியுள்ளனர்

* உடலில் கட்டி வெடிக்கச் செய்யும் தற்கொலைப் பட்டியை உலகுக்கு அறிமுகம் செய்துள்ளனர்

* பெண்களை தற்கொலைப்படைக்கு பயன்படுத்தியதில் முதன்மையானவர்கள்.

* கடந்த இரண்டு ஆண்டுகளில் மட்டும் 4000 பேரைக் கொன்றுள்ளனர் (சிறீலங்கா அரச படைகள் கொல்லவில்லையாம்..!)

என்று காரணங்களை அடுக்கியுள்ளனர்.

அதுமட்டுமன்றி அமெரிக்காவில் "பிறாட்" செயல்களில் ஈடுபட்ட பல புலிகளை தாம் கைது செய்துள்ளதாகவும் எவ் பி ஐ அறிக்கை தெரிவிக்கிறது.

இந்த அறிக்கைக்குப் பின்னால் அமெரிக்காவின் சர்வதேசக் கொள்கைகள் சில அது எதிர்பார்த்த வடிவில் நிறைவேறாததன் தாக்கம் இருக்கிறது.

அமெரிக்காவின் ஈராக் மீதான் படையெடுப்பின் எண்ணமும்.. ஆப்கானிஸ்தானில் தான் நினைத்ததைச் செய்ய முனைந்த திட்டங்களும்.. பாகிஸ்தானில் தான் சாதிக்க நினைத்தவையும்.. தற்போது தற்கொலைத் தாக்குதல் என்ற தீவிரவாதிகளின் முதன்மைத் தாக்குதல் யுக்தியால் முழுமையாக எட்டப்பட முயவில்லை என்ற ஆதங்கமே மேற்குலகு புலிகளின் போராட்ட நியாயத்தை மறைத்து புலிகளின் தாக்குதல் யுக்திகளை முதன்மைப் படுத்தி அவர்களைப் பயங்கரவாதிகள் என்று உச்சரிக்க காரணமாகும்..!

The United States' top intelligence agency, Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) says that the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) is the most dangerous and deadly extremist organization in the world. The official website of FBI in its tops story yesterday said that LTTE is far more dangerous terrorists outfit than al Queda, Hezbullah or even HAMAS. As terrorist groups go, it has quite a r,sum,:

* Perfected the use of suicide bombers;

* Invented the suicide belt;

* Pioneered the use of women in suicide attacks;

* Murdered some 4,000 people in the past two years alone; and

* Assassinated two world leaders-the only terrorist organization to do so.

No, it's not al Qaeda or Hezbollah or even HAMAS. The group is called the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) or the Tamil Tigers for short.

Needless to say, the Tamil Tigers are among the most dangerous and deadly extremists in the world. For more than three decades, the group has launched a campaign of violence and bloodshed in Sri Lanka, the island republic off the southern coast of India.

Its ultimate goal: to seize control of the country from the Sinhalese ethnic majority and create an independent Tamil state. Along the way, it has launched suicide attacks, assassinated politicians (including a government minister this week and even the Sri Lankan President), taken hostages, and committed all of kinds of crimes to finance its operations. The resulting civil war has taken the lives of nearly 70,000 Sri Lankans on both sides of the conflict since 1983 alone.

Why should you care? Certainly because of the suffering and bloodshed that the Tamil Tigers have caused. And because its ruthless tactics have inspired terrorist networks worldwide, including al Qaeda in Iraq. But also because the group has placed operatives right here in our own backyard, discreetly raising money to fund its bloody terrorist campaign overseas, including purchases of weapons and explosives.

The U.S. government has designated the Tigers a foreign terrorist organization, so their activities here are illegal. And we're determined to stop them, using the full range of our investigative and intelligence capabilities.

In April, for example, we struck an important blow when our Joint Terrorism Task Force in New York arrested the alleged U.S. director of the Tigers. The man supposedly held several fundraising events at a church and various public schools in Queens and in northern New Jersey in 2004. He is also accused of arranging high-level meetings between the group's leaders and U.S. supporters.

We've also arrested another 11 Tamil Tiger-related suspects in the New York City region. And in Baltimore, following a multi-agency investigation, a pair of Indonesian men pled guilty and were sentenced recently for working with others to export surface to air missiles, state-of-the-art firearms, machine guns, and night vision goggles to the Tigers in Sri Lanka.

You can help by being careful with your donations. Like other terrorists, the Tigers have raised funds under a variety of cover organizations, often by posing as charities. A great deal of money, for example, was raised for the Tigers following the 2004 tsunami that devastated Sri Lanka and many other countries.

அமெரிக்காவின் சி.ஐ.ஏ யும் எப்.பி.ஐ யும் இரண்டுமே பயங்கரவாத அமைப்புகளே. இவர்கள் தமது நடவடிக்கைகள் வெற்றியடைய வேண்டுமென்பதற்காக பலமுறை ஜனநாயக கோட்பாடுகளை மீறி பயங்கரவாதமுறையில் நடவடிக்கைகளை மேற்கொண்டு கொலை, போதைவஸ்த்து கடத்தல், இனம்-நிறப் பாகுபாடு காட்டுதல், சர்வாதிகாரிகளை அரவணைத்தல் ஆகியவற்றை செய்ததற்கு எத்தனையோ சான்றுகள் உண்டு.

இன்று விடுதலைப் புலிகள் பற்றி இவ்வாறான ஒரு அறிக்கையை விடுகிறார்கள் என்றால் உண்மையில் பயங்கரவாத ஒழிப்பு விடயமாக அவர்கள் கொண்ட அக்கறையில் இல்லை. உலக ஊடகமட்டத்தில் இந்த அறிக்கையால் அவர்கள் பெறப்போகும் பிரச்சாரத்தின் பெறுமதிதான் அவர்கள் எதிர்பார்ப்பது.

சிறிலங்கா அரசு போர்நிறுத்த உடன்படிக்கையை ஒருதலைப் பட்சமாக முறித்துக்கொண்ட பின்னர் சர்வதேச சமுகத்தினரின் பார்வையில் கேவலமாக நோக்கப்பட்டு பலவகையான அழுத்தங்களை பிற்காலத்தில் பெறப்போகின்ற சிறிலங்கா அரசு அமெரிக்காவின் நண்பன். சிறிலங்கா அரசுக்கு ஆதரவாக அறிக்கைவிட்டு அதை கைதூக்கி விட இப்போது சந்தர்ப்பங்கள் எதுவும் இல்லாத நிலையில் மாற்று நடவடிக்கையாக சிறிலங்கா அரசின் எதிரியாகிய விடுதலைப்புலிகளுக்கு வசை பாடுவதுதான் இந்த அறிக்கையின் நோக்கம். இதனால் சர்வதேசமட்டத்தில் புலிகளுக்கு ஏற்படவிருக்கும் அனுதாப அலைகளை நசுக்குவதே அமெரிக்காவின் உண்மையான எதிர்பார்ப்பு.

அதுசரி எங்கே எங்கள் அமெரிக்க அபிமானியைக் காணோம் ? " இல்லை ..இல்லை, இந்த அறிக்கையெல்லாம் பொய், யாரோ அமெரிக்காவுக்கெதிராக சதி செய்திருக்கிறார்கள், வேணுமென்டால் பாருங்கள் ஆப்கானிஷ்தானூக்கு அருகாக 4000 படையினரோடு நகர்ந்திருக்கும் அமெரிக்க கப்பல்படை புலிகளுக்கு உதவத்தான் வந்திருக்கிறது " என்று சொன்னாலும் சொல்லுவார் !!!!!!!

Police departments and intelligence services are organisations we believe in and trust in without thinking twice about it. A noted and respected organisation is the Federal Bureau of Investigations, the FBI the US. This law-enforcing organisation is naturally without political influence, which is a major reason for its worldwide credibility. However, it seems that this might only be an assumption. There is no doubt that the FBI is doing a remarkable job in the US regarding criminal cases. Even at times when the political system has been corrupted in the US the FBI has, during the last 100 years, without doubt been implemented.

on their official website, only seems more distorted. This article is clearly based on the interests of the government of the Knowing that the FBI is an independent organisation the FBI’s article on the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam, LTTE, released on the 10thUS. of January 2008.

The US government has supported the genocide of the Tamils which the Sri Lankan government is behind. An article like the one published on the FBI’s website only causes more to actually support this genocide.

The US sells weapons and sometimes even gives the government of Sri Lanka, GoSL, donations, which are merely used to continue the genocide of the Tamils in the northern and eastern parts of the Island of Ceylon. This has been the aim of the Sinhalese leadership since the early independence from the British rulers.

The LTTE

Before condemning the LTTE, it would be natural to acquire knowledge about the organization and its purpose. The Island of CeylonGreat Britain in 1948. However, it was first in the beginning of the 1980’ies the LTTE was born after decades of peaceful demonstrations by the Tamils. These nonviolent demonstrations, which were caused by the suppression of the Tamils by the Sinhalese government, only made what was bad worse for the Tamils on the Island of Ceylon. Due to this, the armed struggle arose with the upcoming of the LTTE. There is no doubt that the LTTE is based on the economic support of the Tamil Diasporas. This support is given for the purpose of fighting for freedom and for a separate state called Tamil Eelam. This is a geographical area which has been inhabited by Tamils for centuries. Economic and political support is not given only for military purposes, but it is mainly financing the civil government which is running inside the LTTE controlled liberated Tamil areas. has been in a civil war since the independence from

The island of Ceylon and the kingdoms inside it, went united when the British ruled the island, but they forgot to split them into the original kingdoms when they left in 1948. This is without doubt one of the fundamental reasons for the civil war on the Island of Ceylon.The British thought the Tamils and Sinhalese could live united without discriminating each other, but history has proven the opposite.

The LTTE has used several tactics, including armed tactics to perceive their goal; Tamil Eelam, a separate state for the Tamils in the northeastern Island of Ceylon. An armed struggle for taking back what belong to the Tamils. During the past thirty years more than 70.000 people have been victims of the civil war on the Island of Ceylon. More than 90% of these victims are Tamils. This is in spite of the fact that the Tamils only constitute 17% of the total population of the Island of Ceylon. These Tamils are not killed by the LTTE, but by the Sri Lankan government. This is a fact well-known worldwide. The LTTE has used several tactics to face the Sri Lankan army in their genocide of the Tamil people. Some call these tactics military tactics, but the FBI calls them terrorist tactics. The FBI clearly tries to find the low numbers of terrorist crimes committed by the LTTE and then hang them out as terrorist. They didn’t mention a word about LTTE´s well organized army, which also counts navy and air forces. They are not working as guerillas only but fighting a war on international standards.

But who is to decide whether or not the LTTE is a terrorist organization? Even the president candidate Hillary Clinton, has clearly expressed that LTTE is only using their tactics to perceive their goal. (http://www.guardian.co.uk/print/0,,331037703-103681,00.html)

However, the recent Bush government has not extricate from the shock they had six year ago with the 9/11 attack. After this attack by Al Qaeda the Bush government has yearly listed several organizations, including the freedom movement LTTE, on their list of terror organizations. Sadly, the structure of the world politics is structured in a way that a great number of nations worldwide do what the US does without thinking of consequences.

FBI blabbering

The respect for the FBI has almost disappeared after their recent article on the LTTE. Some of their points are noted below:

Over 4.000 people have been killed over the past two years by the LTTE.

The truth is that over 4.000 people has been killed over the past 2 years, including over 60 NGO workers, several journalist and even MP´s and recently a minister. However, LTTE has approximately been responsible for 5-10% of these lose. The rest of the murders and killings are caused by the Sri Lankan government and paramilitary groups linked to them.

The Sri Lankan government has also infringed the rules from the ceasefire signed back in February 2002 with the LTTE with these large amounts of killings and captures of LTTE owned areas in East Island of Ceylon through big military actions.

The Sri Lankan government has now withdrawn the ceasefire agreement, so every international witness to the conflict seen from the Northeastern Island of Ceylon has to leave the area. In this case the Sri Lankan government will carpet bomb the Tamil areas as they please.

This terror organization is greater than Al Qaeda and even Hamas.

The LTTE is fighting, living and dying for a cause, using methods that does not harm the civilian population, the other organizations mentioned above are fighting a ruthless religious war, terrorizing anyone who does not agree with their believes, there is really no comparison. This article has no interest in defending neither Al Qaeda nor Hamas, but it has to be mentioned that the Al Qaeda, even more than 6 years after the 9/11 attack, has not been destroyed by the great US army. Then how should it be possible to touch the Tigers? Seen from another perspective; why should the Americans at all consider this? There are no economic profits in Sri Lanka as in Iraq. But of course, they could introduce a new “war against terrorism”!

Taken hostage

Last year the US gave the EPDP paramilitary leader and minister in the Sri Lankan government, Douglas Devananda protection while he was in New York. This very person took an American family hostage (The Allan couple case) in Sri Lanka back in the 80ès. When the LTTE last year learned that the American ambassador, Mr. Blake and other foreign diplomats in a Sri Lankan military helicopter were experiencing crossfire, they immediately held their fire. While the LTTE provides protection to foreigners, the FBI protects the hostage taker and accuses the LTTE of hostage taking.

The LTTE has through front organizations raised money for their work. Especially when the Tsunami appeared in 2004.

First it has to be said that the Tamil Diaspora is supporting the LTTE with no pressure. This is due to the fact that the Tamils know the facts and the background of this conflict. They are living as refugees because of the genocide of the Tamils by the Sri Lankan government.

Another thing worth mentioning is the repeatedly accusations concerning the tsunami fundraising. Tamils worldwide who have raised money for humanitarian relief have sent it or donated it to organizations that have fulfilled this work in Island of Ceylon. One of the main organizations is the Tamils Rehabilitation Organization, TRO, which has been working with humanitarian projects in the Northeastern Island of Ceylon for the past 22 years. This organization has now been banned in Sri Lanka at the end of November last year and all the organization’s money has been taken by the Sri Lankan government. With the only purpose that the suffering IDP´s in northeast Island of Ceylon, will be left without help. This is clearly a big wish from the Sri Lankan government and NGO´s working at Sri Lanka is well known about this fact.

Because of this action, several countries worldwide have implemented the same politic against their local Tamils Rehabilitation Organizations. This decision and these countries can only be interpreted as being corrupt, even more than third world countries governments. This is due to the fact that it has recently been proven that more than 535 US Dollars, which were given as tsunami aid to the Sri Lankan government, has “disappeared”. Nobody questions this situation. Now even the critical rapport has “disappeared” from the Transparency International Sri Lanka(TISL) Website ( http://www.tisrilanka.org/ext_files/pr_tsunami_dec07.pdf ), but can still be read at tamilvoice.dk (http://tamilvoice.dk/images/stories//pr_tsunami_dec07.pdf) However, the world is trying to stop all humanitarian relief to more than 800.000 IDP´s within Sri Lanka and moreover they are supporting the Sri Lankan government in the genocide of the Tamils.

Even after the withdrawal of the ceasefire agreement by the Sri Lankan government. The LTTE is only asking for peace. Because of this decision by the Sri Lankan government, the LTTE is appealing for a reconsidering for its ban. Maybe the EU could make a justified decision. Moreover, the US has to change its attitude to freedom organizations.

அமெரிக்கா உட்பட இலங்கைக்கு உதவி வழங்கும் இணைத்தலைமை நாடுகள் விடுதலைப்புலிகளுடன் அரசமட்ட தொடர்புகளை தாம் வைத்திருக்க இலங்கை அரசு அனுமதிக்க வேண்டும் என்று இன்று அறிக்கை வெளியிட்டுள்ளது.

அமெரிக்கா விடுதலைப்புலிகளின் அரசை இலங்கைத்தமிழரின் சட்டரீதியான அரசாக மாற்ற ஏனைய இணைத்தலைமை நாடுகளுடன் இணைந்து முயற்சித்து வருகிறது.

தனது நட்பு நாடுஒன்றின் அரசுக்கு எதிராக ஆயுதம் ஏந்தி போராடும் எந்த ஒரு அமைப்பையும் அமெரிக்கா பயங்கரவாத அமைப்பாக கருதும்.

பயங்கரவாத அமைப்புகளுக்கு அமெரிக்காவில் ஆயுதங்கள் வாங்குவதையும் பணம் சேர்ப்பதையும் தடுப்பது அமெரிக்க மத்திய காவல்துறையின் கடமைகளில் ஒன்றாகும்.

இந்த அப்பட்டமான குற்றச்சாட்டை இப்படியே விட்டுவிட்டால் பல ஊடகங்கள் வரும் காலத்தில் இதையே நிரந்தர உண்மையாக்கிவிடும். இதற்கு ஏதாவது செய்தாக வேண்டும்.

என்ன செய்யலாம்? ஏதாவது வழிகள் உண்டா?

4000 என்ற தொகை பற்றி விடுதலைபபுலிகளின் அரசியல்பிரிவு தலைவர் இணைத்லைமை நாடுகளின் பிரதிநிதியூடாக தமது முறைப்பாட்டை அமெரிக்க அரசுக்கு தெரிவிக்கலாம். நாங்கள் 4000 பேரை கொல்லவில்லை 4 பேரைத்தான் கொன்றோம் என்று சொல்வதிலும் பார்க்க நாங்கள் பயங்கரவாதிகள் அல்ல நாங்களும் ஒரு அரசு என்பதை உறுதிப்படுத்துவதில் கவனம் செலுத்துவதே பயனுள்ளதாக இருக்கும். அமெரிக்கா தனது நட்பு அரச அமைப்புகளை (40,000 பேரை கொன்றாலும்) பயங்கரவாதிகளாக கருதுவதில்லை.

புலிகளே உலகின் மிக மோசமான கடும்போக்காளர்கள்

உண்மைதான். இல்லாவிட்டால் மற்றையவர் போலே இவர்களும் விலைபோய் இருப்பார்கள். தங்களால் வாங்க முடியாதவற்றின் தரத்தைப் பற்றி குறை கூறுவது முதலாளித்துவத்தின் வழக்கம்.

அப்ப இதை முன்னுக்கு பின் முரனான அறிக்கை எனலாமா...??

Joint Statement by the Co-Chairs of the Tokyo Conference

The Tokyo Co-Chairs (Norway, Japan, US and EU) jointly express their strong concerns about the termination of the 2002 Ceasefire Agreement by the Government of Sri Lanka. These concerns have already been expressed in individual statements.

The Co-Chairs support a continued Norwegian role as facilitator.

The Co-Chairs emphasize their belief that there is no military solution to the conflict in Sri Lanka, and reiterate their support for a negotiated settlement. Thus they

• urge the Government of Sri Lanka to finalise a politically sustainable devolution plan;
  
• urge all parties to comply with their obligations under international law to protect civilians and allow access by humanitarian aid agencies to populations in need;
  
• express deep concern about the human rights situation and protection of civilians in Sri Lanka, and call for continued monitoring of the human rights situation by such means as to assure an appropriate role for the UN;
  
• request the Government of Sri Lanka to provide access to the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam in Kilinochchi for representatives of the Co-Chairs and the facilitator.

நீங்கள் சொன்ன விஷயங்களின் சாராம்சம்,

1) அமெரிக்க வெளியுறவுத் துறைக்கும் அதன் புலநாய்வுத்துறைக்கும் சம்மந்தமே இல்லை.

2)உள்நாட்டு உளவுத்துறைக்கும், வெளிநாட்டு உளவுத்துறைக்கும் சம்மந்தமே இல்லை.

3)இந்த உள்நாட்டு உளவுத்துறை விடும் அறிக்கையெல்லாத்தையும் குப்பையில் போட்டுவிட்டு அமெரிக்க அரசு புலிகளுக்கு உதவத்தான் போகிறது.

4) அமெரிக்காவினுள் புலிகளுக்கெதிராக மாநில புலநாய்வுத்துறை எடுக்கும் எந்த நடவடிக்கையும் புலிகளைப் பாதிக்கது.

இன்னும் என்ன வைத்திருக்கிறீர்கள். அவற்றையும் அவிழ்த்து விடுங்கள்.
