அரசாங்கத்திற்கும் புலம்பெயர் தமிழ் சமூகத்திற்கும் இடையில் பேச்சுவார்த்தை நடத்தப்பட உள்ளது. பிரித்தானியாவின் லண்டனில் இந்தப் பேச்சுவார்த்தைகள் நடத்தப்படவுள்ளன.

அரசாங்க அமைச்சர் ஒருவர் லண்டனுக்கு விஜயம் செய்ய உள்ளதாகத் தெரிவிக்கப்படுகிறது. மிக முக்கியமான புலம் பெயர் அமைப்புக்களுடன் இந்த சந்திப்பு நடத்தப்பட உள்ளதாகத் தெரிவிக்கப்படுகிறது. இந்த சந்திப்பில் தமிழ்த் தேசியக் கூட்டமைப்பின் பாராளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர் ஒருவரும் பங்கேற்க உள்ளதாகக் குறிப்பிடப்படுகிறது.

நல்லிணக்க முனைப்புக்களை முன்னோக்கி நகர்த்தும் நோக்கில் இவ்வாறு பேச்சுவார்த்தை நடத்தப்பட உள்ளதாகத் தெரிவிக்கப்படுகிறது. ஆக்கபூர்வமான விமர்சனங்களையும் யோசனைகளையும் அரசாங்கம் எதிர்ப்பார்ப்பதாக வெளிவிவகார அமைச்சு அறிவித்துள்ளது.

இந்தக் கூட்டத்தில் போர்க்குற்ற விசாரணை மற்றும் இனப்பிரச்சினைத் தீர்வு குறித்து இரகசிய ஆலோசனைகள் நடத்தப்படுவதாக பொய்யான செய்திகளை சிலர் வெளியிட்டுள்ளனர் என்றும், இதனைத் தாம் நிராகரிப்பதுடன் கடுமையாகக் கண்டிக்கின்றோம் என்றும் மேற்படி கூட்டத்தில் கலந்துகொண்டுள்ள தரப்பினர் தெரிவித்துள்ளனர்.

 

இலண்டன் உயர்மட்டக் கூட்டம் குறித்து தமிழ்த் தேசியக் கூட்டமைப்பின் நாடாளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர் எம்.ஏ.சுமந்திரன் கருத்துத் தெரிவிக்கையில் -

 

இலங்கையில் விரைவில் நடைபெறவுள்ள நாடாளுமன்றத் தேர்தல் தொடர்பிலும், வடக்கு, கிழக்குத் தமிழர்களின் உடனடித் தேவைகள் குறித்து மாத்திரமே இந்தக் கூட்டத்தில் பேசப்படுகின்றன. இலண்டன் பேச்சுகள் குறித்து நாங்கள் எதனையும் பகிரங்கப்படுத்தவில்லை. ஆனால், தகவல்கள் வெளியாகியுள்ளன. இதனால் சில தரப்பினர் பிழையான - பொய்யான தகவல்களை வெளியிட்டுள்ளனர். இதனை நாம் அடியோடு நிராகரிப்பதுடன் கடுமையான கண்டனத்தையும் தெரிவித்துக்கொள்கின்றோம்.

 

தமிழர்களின் தேவைகளைப் பூர்த்திசெய்வதில் சர்வதேச சமூகம் ஆற்றக்கூடிய பங்களிப்புள்ளது. அதன் காரணமாகவே சர்வதேச பிரதிநிதிகள் இந்த சந்திப்பில் கலந்துகொண்டுள்ளனர் - என்றார். இதேவேளை, இலண்டன் பேச்சுகளில் கலந்துகொண்டவர்கள் தமிழ் மக்களின் உடனடித் தேவைகளைப் பூர்த்திசெய்வது குறித்தே கவனம் செலுத்துகின்றனர் எனவும், அடுத்தகட்ட பேச்சுகள் டுபாயில் நடைபெறவுள்ளன எனவும் உலகத் தமிழர் பேரவையின் சுரேன் சுரேந்திரன் தெரிவித்தார்.

இங்கு என்ன நடக்குது - எனக்கு தெரியாது

 

ஆனாலும் நடப்பது நல்லா நடக்க எனது வாழ்த்துக்கள்

 

இங்கு பங்குபற்றும் பலரும் தமிழர்களிற்காக ஒரு தீர்வு வேண்டும் என்று எதிர்பார்த்தவர்களே.

 

இங்கு முதலாவதாக சந்திரிகாவின் உதவியாளர் பற்றி மட்டும் முதலில் இங்கு பதிகின்றேன். இந்த உதவியாளர் பற்றிய விபரம் என்னிடமில்லை. ஆனால் சந்திரிகா காலத்தில் நடைபெற்ற ஒரு விடயத்தை இங்கு பதிய விரும்புகின்றேன்.

 

புலிகளுடனான சமாதான காலம் அது - இராணுவத் தலைவர்களுடனான சந்திப்பு. அங்கு சந்திரிகா கேட்டது இந்த நாட்டில் சமாதானம் வேண்டும் என்ன செய்யலாம் என்பதே. அதற்கு அடிக்கலாம் பிடிக்கலாம் என்றுதான் இராணுவத் தலைவர்கள் விடையளித்தார்கள். சரி அடித்துப் பிடிக்க வேண்டியதுதானே ஏன் சமாதானத்திற்கான இந்த சந்திப்பில் கலந்து கொண்டீர்கள்  என்று கேட்டார். யாருமே விடை சொல்லவில்லை. சமாதானம் வேண்டுமென்றால் இங்கிருங்கள் மமற்றவர்கள் வெளியே போங்கள் என்றார். யாருமே வெளியே போகவில்லை.

 

அப்புறம் நடந்ததுதான் யாவருக்கும் தெரியுமே.

 

யாவும் கற்பனையல்ல - உண்மைகள் உறங்காது.

புலி வால்களுடன்...... சில தமிழர்களுக்கு விருப்பமில்லாவிட்டாலும், சிங்கள அரசியல்வாதிகளுக்கு இன்று கட்டாயமானது.....

விலை போகும் ஆட்கள் அன்றும் இன்றும் அவர்கள் தான் .

"பின் வாசல்" சுமந்திரன் பாவம் சரியாக குத்தி முறிகிறார். தமிழர்களின் அன்றாட பிரட்சனைகளை கதைக்கிறாராம், அரசியல்  தீர்வை பற்றியல்லவாம், தலைமைப்பீடம்தானாம் இடம் கொடுத்ததாம்.

இதுவரை எமக்கு அபிவிருத்தி, ஆட்டுக்குட்டி ஒன்டும் வேணாம், அரசியல் தீர்வுதான் என்ற கூத்தமைப்பு தடுங்கினத்தோம் போட தொடங்கீட்டுதா?

முதலில் தலைவரை தனது இஸ்டம் போல் தமிழர் பிரசினயை கையாண்டு படுகுழியில் தள்ளிவிட்டார் என்று குற்றம் சாட்டுபவர்களே  இன்று லண்டனில் அதுவும் ஜனநாயகவாதிகள் (பின் கதவால் வந்தாலும் ஜ .வாதிகள்தான் ) தமிழர்களுக்கு மறைத்து தன்னிஸ்ட்டப்படி கதைக்கும் தேவை என்ன ?
தலை உங்களை போல் சொல்வதில்லை ஆனால்  கடந்த 30வருடத்தில் தமிழன் எண்டால் யார் உலகிற்கு அடித்து சொல்லி விட்டு சென்றுள்ளார் . நீங்கள் வீடு கட்டுவதுக்கும் மீள் குடிஏற்றமும் செய்வதுக்கும் லண்டனில் இரகசிய  பேச்சுவார்த்தையாம் நம்புறம்

இவர்களுக்கு இப்போ.. மாற்றுக்கருத்து மாணிக்கங்களின் ஆதரவு அமோகமானாலும் ஆச்சரியமில்லை. அவையைப் பொறுத்த வரை புலி எங்கும் இருக்கப்படாது.

சிங்களவனை விட புலி மேல கடுப்பில இருப்பது தான் மாற்றுக்கருத்து மாணிக்கங்களின் மாற்றுக் கருத்தே தவிர... மக்களை விடுதலை.. உரிமை.. இது பற்றி எந்தச் சாத்தியப்படான சிந்தனையும் கிடையாது.

Edifying Tamil leadership to face South Africa succeeding Norway in deception

The UK-based British Tamil Forum (BTF) and the so-called Global Tamil Forum (GTF), which are locked in a sectarian conflict with each other, have dragged almost all the Eezham Tamil diaspora outfits from the USA, Canada, Australia and several European countries into a two-pronged South Africa based discourse which the new Sri Lankan regime wants to exploit to its advantage to counter the internationalisation of the national question of Eezham Tamils, informed Tamil diaspora activists told TamilNet supplying documentary evidences of the interactions that have taken place in May and June 2015. It is historic duty of the Tamil diaspora to produce an appropriate leadership to advance the Tamil cause without diluting the fundamentals and falling prey to the ultimate culprits, the activists told TamilNet.

The Tamil diaspora groups are easily trapped into deceptive engagements as they were fooled into the Geneva discourse that systematically deviated from the demand of international investigations into the genocide.

The people should be prepared to create a new wave of capable activists to advance the democratic aspirations of the Eezham Tamil nation, concerned activists told TamilNet.

The people should be aware of the real intentions of the ultimate culprits and should not be easily misguided by the deviators of BTF, GTF, ICET, TGTE, US-TPAC, CTC, ATC & co. , the activists further said.

As most of the documentary evidences, including the voice recordings, are subject to confidentiality, TamilNet avoids publishing them.

Former SL President Mahinda Rajapaksa had requested South Africa to assist his regime in a so-called reconciliation project. The intention was to counter the internationalisation of the Tamil national cause and to trap the Tamil side into a domestic process along the LLRC narrative, which is viewed as a blueprint for completion of structural genocide against the nation of Eezham Tamils.

Rajapaksa's invitation to South Africa came during the controversial 23rd Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in Colombo in November 2013.
 

South African Special Envoy to Sri Lanka and South Sudan, Matamela Cyril Ramaphosa, is also the Deputy President of South Africa

Following the request by Mahinda Rajapaksa, South Africa's President Jacob Zuma appointed Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa as Special Envoy for Sri Lanka and South Sudan on 13 February 2014.

South Africa's Deputy Minister of International Relations and Cooperation Ms Nomaindia Mfeketo accompanied Cyril Ramaphosa to the island between 07 and 09th of July 2014.

Following the initial fact finding mission undertaken by the South African government, the process had come to a standstill.

However, in February 2015, a fresh invitation was extended to South Africa, by the new regime in Colombo.

Following this ‘new’ invitation, South Africa sent an ‘Advance and Technical Team’ to the island between 23-27 February 2015. Ms Nomaindia Mfeketo led this team. She had met with the members of the Colombo-based political parties as well as the resident diplomatic corps in Colombo.

Following her return, she was tasked by Cyril Ramaphosa to engage with the international ‘Sri Lankan’ Tamil Diaspora and South African Tamil Diaspora as cornerstones of South Africa's engagement.

On 18 May, she extended an invitation to the BTF grouping to come for a ‘closed, confidential meeting’ on 25 May at the South African High Commission in the UK. No electronic devices including mobile phones, laptop computers, tablets or cameras would be allowed in the meeting, the BTF was told.

International Council of Eezham Tamils, which claims itself an umbrella body of several country councils in Europe and Canada, the United States Tamil Political Action Council (USTPAC) and a representative of the TGTE formation of V. Rudrakumaran accompanied the BTF to the meeting with the South African delegation led by Ms Nomandiya C Mfeketo.

In the meantime, the GTF grouping was also invited to a separate session at London on the same day. The Canadian Tamil Congress (CTC) and a representative of the Norwegian Council of Eelam Tamils (NCET) were present in the GTF session, the sources further said.

The NCET was the only group to have its representatives present at both the groupings.

However, both the groupings were explaining to the South African delegation that an international investigation into the genocide against Eezham Tamils should be a first step in any reconciliation project.

Prior to the meeting, both the groupings were being coerced into a deviatory line, which sought to engage the Tamil diaspora with the new Sri Lankan regime. The ICET group was even composing a ‘wish-list’ of pre-conditions that the Sri Lankan State should fulfil.

Prior to the meetings, both the formations were couched into a deviatory line through certain Tamil ‘handlers’ from South Africa.

The GTF grouping was opting for the deviatory line of Sumanthiran-Sampanthan polity, as a TNA-faction-linked representative of the GTF was talking about ‘devolution’.

The other group was busy discussing a draft policy document in written form.

A draft document was produced by the BTF. But, the BTF draft didn't gain acceptance even among the deviators of the ICET group.

An experienced attorney, who was present as adviser, saved the ICET deviators by proposing that even a so-called ‘wish list’ should be treated as a pre-condition to bring normalcy in the island, prior to talking about the modalities of engagement with the SL regime.

The South African delegation had revealed that the ‘initiative’ comes at the request of the Sri Lankan Government and that India was being kept informed of the move.

The third group to meet with the South African foreign ministry delegation was a group claiming to be the TNA branch in the UK.

In parallel to the official South African process, a Western funded NGO has been interacting with a section of Tamil diaspora and those behind the agenda of the ‘regime change’ in the island.

This NGO, known as “In Transformation Initiative” (ITI) was behind the so-called ‘Singapore Principles’ process as exposed in detail by TamilNet in January 2015.

The GTF outfit was part of this ITI-facilitated and Switzerland-funded process to which Norway was kept informed.

A Switzerland-based official and the failed peace broker from Norway, Mr Erik Solheim, have taken a ‘keen’ interest in the NGO-line of the discourse.

It is said that the ITI was also keeping the South African Foreign Ministry informed on all the moves it was taking.

Informed sources said that the SL Foreign Minister Mangala Samaraweera is tasked with engaging the South African NGO line, which also seeks to accommodate the failed peace broker Erik Solheim, who never lost his ‘appetite’ for serving the agenda of Powers.

The engagement through the NGO and the initiatives through South Africa are linked to each other, informed sources in Pretoria said.

In the meantime, former Justice of the Constitutional Court of South Africa, Albie Sachs, and former Commissioner of the Truth Commission in Peru, Eduardo Gonzalez, are scheduled to address a round table discussion in Jaffna on 09th June with the objective of contributing to a ‘relevant process of truth, justice and reconciliation in Sri Lanka’.

The SL Governor of Northern Province, H.M G.S. Palihakkara, known as ‘LLRC’ Palihakkara will be delivering the welcome address at the meeting organised by Colombo-based International Centre For Ethnic Studies (ICES).

இலங்கை அரசாங்கத்துடன் இணைந்து தமிழ்த் தேசியக் கூட்டமைப்பு லண்டனில் உலகத் தமிழ் பேரவையுடன் இரகசிய பேச்சுவார்த்தை நடத்தி வருவதாக தகவல்கள் வெளியாகின.

ஊடகங்களில் தகவல் கசிந்துள்ளதை அடுத்து உலகத் தமிழ் பேரவை மற்றும் தமிழ்த் தேசியக் கூட்டமைப்பு இணைந்து சந்திப்பு தொடர்பில் கூட்டு அறிக்கை ஒன்றை விடுத்துள்ளது.

லண்டனில் நடந்த சந்திப்பில் வெளிவிவகார அமைச்சர் மங்கள சமரவீரவும் பங்குபற்றியதாக அந்த அறிக்கையில் கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது.

இலங்கை மற்றும் இலங்கைக்கு வெளியில் உள்ள இலங்கை மக்களிடையே நம்பிக்கையை வலுப்படுத்தும் நோக்கில் இச்சந்திப்பு இடம்பெற்றதாக தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

இடம்பெயர்ந்த மக்களின் தேவை உள்ளிட்ட பல பிரச்சினைகள் குறித்து புலம்பெயர் மக்கள் அமைப்புக்களுடன் பேசப்பட்டதாக தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

அடுத்து இலங்கையின் தூதுவர்கள், உயர்ஸ்தானிகர்களை அழைத்து பேச்சுவார்த்தை நடத்த இணக்கம் காணப்பட்டதாக அந்த கூட்டு அறிக்கையில் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

புதிதாக விடுக்கப்பட்ட காணியில் 2000 குடும்பங்களுக்கு வீடுகள் அமைக்க நிதி உதவி பெற்றுக் கொள்ளும் நோக்கில் இச்சந்திப்பு ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளதாக தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

பயங்கரவாத தடை சட்டத்தின் கீழ் கைது செய்யப்பட்டுள்ள கைதிகளை விடுதலை செய்வது தொடர்பில் நீதி அமைச்சுடன் பேச்சுவார்த்தை நடத்தப்பட்டதாக தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

இதே விடயங்கள் தொடர்பில் கடந்த அரசாங்கத்திடம் புலம்பெயர் அமைப்புக்களும் தனி நபர்களும் கோரிக்கை முன்வைத்து வந்ததாக அறிக்கையில் சுட்டிக்காட்டப்பட்டுள்ளது.

புலம்பெயர் அமைப்புக்களின் உதவியை பெற்றுக் கொடுக்கும் நோக்கில் இந்த சந்திப்பு இடம்பெற்றதாக தமிழ்த் தேசியக் கூட்டமைப்பின் பாராளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர் எம்.ஏ.சுமந்திரன் மற்றும் உலகத் தமிழ் பேரவையின் ஊடகப் பேச்சாளர் சுரேன் சுரேந்திரன் ஆகியோர் இணைந்து விடுத்துள்ள அறிக்கையில் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

இதேவேளை, இந்த சந்திப்பை எரிக் சொல்ஹேம் ஏற்பாடு செய்ததாக கூறப்பட்ட போதும், அவர் அதனை நிராகரித்துள்ளார்.
